The tourist center was very helpful in navigating the excursions. They gave us information, signed up for a tour, and gave us a map of the city. Good location, in the very center of the city.

We were with my family in the fall. The girls in the center are very polite. They quickly told us what kind of excursions, at what time and how to organize them. Thanks to them, we saw Minsk in one day with an amazing guide. It was interesting and informative. Thank you for your help in organizing the tour and orientation on the ground. The center is like a center. The work schedule is not a sacred cow, as for many places of this type -you can close a little earlier. There is an office on the second floor with a decent office space. The distribution is so-so. Mostly maps and flyers.I talked on the go! The comrade returned from the closing doors. Thanks to him. It does not reach the best standards of this type of institution!

Getting acquainted with Minsk, we went to the underground shopping center, we were pleasantly surprised by detailed information on sightseeing routes from Nikita, an employee of the information and tourist center. The map we received and Nikita's advice turned out to be very useful for us, thank you very much!)

NOT QUITE a FULL-FLEDGED information center - rather, a small part of what is left of it. Crushed by commerce and not quite adequate officials who rent out most of the three-storey building in the Old City to various commercial organizations. Originally designed to serve the diverse needs of tourists, and now modestly huddled in three small rooms on the second floor (which you will find only if you search for a long time specifically). We came here because we remembered similar information centers in any small town in the same Czech Republic. (And what a gift for Russian-speaking tourists was once a private Russian information center in Prague, near Vaclavak, on Panskaya 6. Where they could not only receive booklets in Russian on almost all the sights of the Czech capital, paid and free Russian-language press, but also sign up for interesting excursions around the city and country, buy various souvenirs (from semi–precious garnets to cute doll moles), as well as a variety of gifts and just interesting and useful things to remember, change currency or pick up a hotel or a rented apartment, buy air – train - bus tickets for any flights within the country and abroad. There was also a coffee and tea corner, with a summer terrace in the courtyard. The "cherry on the cake" was a working corner of several computers for some time, where for some reason a tourist in urgent need of the Internet could use it for free for 20 minutes. And most importantly, it was possible to get information and/or information assistance on any problem that arose from the sweet and kind girls working there. As a result, it even formed something like a small club for Russian speakers, which became additional advertising and a good business for the owners. Therefore, they often went there even just for the news). And, nevertheless, even "on the ruins" of the Minsk information center, they still received the necessary help - from its somehow preserved staff, kind and friendly. And even some useful booklets on Minsk and its attractions. (For which we are grateful to these people and are ready to give five stars. And for such an official organization, it's a pity). So the average score is unfortunately only three.
