We booked 3 sleeping bags and 3 mats, they asked at the rental office what time we would pick them up, we said that in the lunch area. The day of rent has come, 14:20, we call to clarify whether it is possible to pay with a card, the girl says that she has already given our reserved things to someone because she thought that we would arrive before 14:00. Instead of calling and clarifying. At the height of the season, it's hard to find equipment anywhere else day in and day out.
