Tous is certainly a good store, funny bears!!! But the price tag is very high, I don't really understand why just jewelry, bags and other goods cost like an airplane? Brand... well, it seems like some kind of brand...but the prices are still terribly overpriced.

This is the worst tous store in the whole world that I have interacted with.
They removed the seals from the gold jewelry, which made them second-hand and deprived them of the opportunity to give them. They refused to make a refund, they were not warned that they did not have a refund, although tous makes refunds all over the world even without explaining the reasons. Employees can't answer any questions - they behave extremely strangely, evade the answer and stall for time.
Everything boils down to the fact that the terms of their franchise do not oblige to anything, and the law of the Republic of Belarus allows itself to behave like this. So much for a global brand. They have not heard about the company's policies and values and do not want to.
I feel cheated.
For a moment, I am a regular customer of tous mainly gold collections, I used various services of the company, including cleaning, repair, return, etc. Here my friends received my purchase only thanks to the reputation earned by other stores. And here you are. I don't know if this is actually a legal store. The attitude towards customers is disgusting. They only work for a one-time sale, they do not need regular customers.
