The tower in Pisa is no longer falling, an engineering solution has been found. The tower crowns the Square of Miracles with a baptismal chapel and a cathedral. The construction of the tower began in the 12th century, more precisely, in 1173. This Romanesque style building, each tier of the tower has 30 columns with capitals and arches. It looks most beautiful at dawn and late at night, when there are fewer tourists and, accordingly, thieves and beggars. There are surprisingly many medieval churches in Pisa, you can arrange a tour along each bank of the Arno, but Yandex knows only two points from the whole city and does not allow you to write about other Pisan beauties. And in vain, the romance of Pisa is beautiful not only in one famous square.

In Florence, did you doubt whether it was worth going to Pisa for this tower? I decided to go and see. The Leaning Tower of Pisa and the cathedral have some kind of magnetism, there is nothing to compare them with, they are fascinating. Having traveled all over Europe and seen dozens of different cathedrals and towers, I liked it. Definitely worth seeing. Entrance to the territory is free, and if you do not want to enter the tower or cathedral itself, then you do not need tickets, you will already take a lot of cool photos on its background. And you definitely need to take a stupid photo of how you hold the tower))) Next to the tower there is a small bazaar with souvenirs and things, prices in Pisa are much cheaper than in Florence and Milan!
