Dirty, old buses. When landing, do not wash windows with mosquitoes smeared in blood. To all questions and requests, you will meet the incredible rudeness of drivers with one answer: do not like it, do not drive. The operators have exactly the same attitude. Passengers are treated like cattle, constantly raising their voices!Stops with paid toilets (which has become a novelty in their service). The rather high cost of a trip with a zero level of service! I highly recommend it.

For the first time I used the services of this company for a trip to Vitebsk-SP. Outside the Town (40km from Vitebsk), we were stuck for four hours - we were waiting for a replacement bus. As a result, the first sanitary stop was only five hours after the start of the journey, they arrived in St. Petersburg not at 5.30, but only at 10.00, all plans were violated. There was no apology from the company. P.S. After the publication, the company apologized and we came to a peaceful settlement of this situation.

Natalia, we are very GRATEFUL for the organization of our holiday! The most comfortable travel, loyal conditions for residents not in the regional center, but a well-chosen tour, is beyond praise. Arkhipo-Osipovka, guest house "Medok" is truly a delight for the tourist! 1000% out of 100.
