For almost twenty years I have been using the travel services of the Transaero Tours travel agency (Aero Tours Trust), located at 23 Internatsionalnaya str. Minsk. Over the years, the staff in the office has changed, but high professionalism and attentive individual approach to customer requests have remained unchanged. The current year 2020 has presented many unpleasant surprises for tourists, but nevertheless, thanks to the efforts of Elena Demidenko, we had a great vacation in Turkey. The day before departure, the host party canceled the reservation at the hotel, and it was necessary to urgently consider replacement options. With Elena's help, we went to a hotel of higher stardom and with a number of additional services. In addition, Elena arranged for us an individual transfer to the hotel, which is quite important in the context of the pandemic. To be honest, it was scary for us to go on this tour because of the pandemic, we are so happy with our trip now. Our vacation was a success in many ways thanks to Elena's work. I sincerely wish Elena and all the employees of the Aero Tours Trust good health.and creative success!

Unfortunately, the main office is closed on Saturday, unlike the information on the website and on the sign at the entrance to the office. Phones are also not taken off on Saturday. It is also difficult to contact via Viber - specialists lose information, or do not respond in the middle of the booking process! The trip/flight may depend on it! I do not advise you to apply.

In this office, the staff refused service. I do not recommend it to anyone, the reason was explained - there is no time, a lot of refusals. They also did not tell where to apply for tickets.
