Brest Region Castles Tour - 23.03-24.03
Overall, I really liked it. I got a lot of impressions, it was fascinating.
I am very glad that I was able to visit the Brest fortress, although it was not planned in the program. Thanks for that, probably, it's worth saying to Dmitry (the guide).
The only thing that didn't quite suit me was the hotel, but otherwise everything was great.

I would like to share a review of the Gastronomic Paradise tour: cheese tasting, brewery. Golshany-Krevo. A good comfortable bus, an interesting program, a pleasant interesting guide) The whole program is like clockwork. I'm taking off the star for the driver. He does not make contact with passengers, he rejects requests. Departure from Pushkinskaya metro station. Arrival there. Even if the floor of the bus asks for a stop at the metro station. Kamennaya gorka, because the highway goes directly along the road back through kamennaya gorka, you will hear No and a stone face. And it would not be bad to warn that the driver takes a dog with him. It doesn't matter to me, but you can warn me, there are also allergies to dogs. As for the brewery - a wonderful tour, Krevo Golshany castles are beautiful, an excursion to the cheese factory 9 * minus a star for the smell) there was a small gag reflex to the smell of milk + whey, and so the cheeses are very tasty) you can buy everything. The girls at the cheese factory are smart. The master class was well conducted. The company may make cool excursions around the Republic of Belarus, but I do not advise you to go to Europe with them. I was led to believe that visa support would be provided, and the tour dates were suitable. We were supposed to go to France on August 18, as a result, due to the alleged increase in the period for reviewing documents for a visa, we "flew by", I agreed to fit into the September group, then for October. In October, the manager sent a screenshot of the response from the embassy, which the whole group did not confirm. They offered it in November, no, thank you, at least the money was returned after several reminders. It is better not to risk going to Europe with them, otherwise you will be left without a trip at all.

I would like to share my impressions about the trip to the Caucasus on 07/20/2024, as well as give a couple of tips to those who have not traveled with this travel agency yet.
1. It's not the Travel Lab that will take you, but the Travel Wheel, be careful, I learned these details already on the bus, and not from my travel lab manager Ekaterina.
2. Get in touch with the travel agency only when you are absolutely sure that you want to go and carefully read the information on their website in advance, because no one will sell you. What for? You have to come and buy it yourself and find out everything. Question: what is Ekaterina being paid for? For sending template messages about payment and a link to the description of the tour on the website. p.s. where can I find such a job too.
3. On the website about the route, everything is sooo blurry and unclear, departure from Minsk will be at 3 a.m., also be careful, on the website it was indicated “departure approximately at 8 a.m.”, only it was not written that it was from Gomel, the last stop in the Republic of Belarus, 5 hours time difference, this is you and “approximately".
4. Do not complain, do not arise, do not show dissatisfaction, no one will solve anything for you, they will just end the dialogue and wish you a good day. A great tactic when conflict and negativity are in ordinary everyday life, but not in the work of a travel agency manager, when her client is outraged, annoyed and upset.
5. If you have been following the activities of this travel agency for a long time, like me, this little misunderstanding will not prevent you from trusting it further, especially since they contacted me and I gave a detailed review, I really hope that they will take into account my comments and improve the work of their employee
Conclusion: there is no point in writing a review about the trip, it was not a travel lab, but believe me, it's not worth it.

Thank you so much for an unforgettable week-long tour to Karelia from 06/24/2023 to 30.06.2023. Everything is so cool in recreation (organization of relocation, excursions, meals, leisure). The excursions are just great!!! I recommend everything, especially rafting! You just walk around and enjoy the beauty of Karelia. They work professionally. The manager Tatiana is very attentive, takes into account every detail so that the trip is remembered on the positive side. We went on a trip to the Belarusian Maldives on 08/03/2024, I already wrote a review for this tour, but for some reason it is not there, I do not know if the travel agency removes it or blocks it, so I will take off another star for this. What I liked about the tour was the accompanying Maria, she got 5 points for her work, the chalk pits themselves are also fine. Now what I didn't like: 1. The old finished-off 1991 Mercedes bus, I did not know that they still drive and drive constantly on this tour, the seats creak constantly, the air conditioner does not work all the time, because it blows strongly, moreover, some have broken twists over their heads and paper is stuffed there. 2. The estates of the Chetvertinsky and Grabovsky - in fact, there is nothing to see, it is the same with Volkovsky. 3. The cafe to which they take the "Old Town" in Shchuchin - food is not particularly for 20 rubles. The food was: a cutlet, mashed potatoes, two spoons of cabbage, a bun and compote. The cutlet is not tasty at all, one of us had an undercooked piece of potato in the mashed potatoes. 4. The trip is tedious and takes time from 7 a.m. to 22.00, it's easier not to go to locations where there is nothing to see. I wish you to replace the bus with a comfortable one, to finalize the menu in the cafe.

I liked everything very much, although the rafting was not easy, there were many turns on the 1st half of the route, but the impressions were positive. The impression after the trip is good, but the organization wants the best.
I would like to first note that my husband and I have already traveled to St. Petersburg from this tour operator. Last time everything was fine, except for the bus, but we didn't communicate with the manager, as it turned out. Because if it had been the same last time, I would never have bought a certificate from them as a gift to friends! Why do you need a manager who needs to get everything out of him and almost get it out with ticks?? It's also an interesting situation, friends book for two and say that there will be 4 of us, but for some reason no one contacts us. We communicate through my friend with the manager and find out the nuances. And when I write on Instagram that they don't answer us, they say "they will contact you" and they haven't contacted us)))
The manager doesn't know anything about the tour at all, he can't really write anything.
The program was changed the day before departure, and we have already made plans for a moment, I would like to know about this a little earlier. It is also very bad that no one can tell exactly how and what is happening there about any part of their program. For example, about roofs, we were told there would be roofs, but they did not say that there would only be an observation deck, and not a walk on the roofs.
It's the same with boats and bridges. Why is there such a sum of 2500? If we were driven in a straight line and frozen for an HOUR between two bridges! Awful. They didn't even tell me anything for such a sum. And there were 40+ of us there!
And yes, if you write that the tour is five days, then it should be 5 days in a good way, show where something else is written in your managers?? If there are 2 overnight transfers and two nights at the hotel, then write 4 nights)) to make it clearer.
The hotel is terrible. Hell, where is it from the subway even, it looks disgusting, the breakfasts are meager, the same thing every day. The water in the room smells like sewage and there is no sash in the shower, everything pours on the floor.
An interesting phenomenon, 2 sets of towels were taken away when they were cleaned, and one was returned. There was also no drinking water, although there were glasses for something.
In general, we are not satisfied with the organization of the trip.

I didn't like the trip!!!
It started with the fact that we were traveling in a minibus, where there was a very narrow distance between the seats, our knees were resting…
At the entrance to the waterfall, the escort warned that they would have to walk 2 km through a "minefield" where cows are grazed. You can't get to the waterfall itself, everything is collapsing…
After we were taken to lunch, separately paid for, it turned out to be a plot in the private sector, where they put us in some kind of gazebo more like a greenhouse. No one warned that they would be fed "homemade food". After lunch, we walked for 2 hours along the embankment. The final location was an eco-trail to the Yelnya Nature Reserve, to the swamp. The wooden flooring is partially broken, the boards are not nailed, it is scary to walk and you can get injured. We were not satisfied with the trip. You can't leave a review on the travel agency's website, the moderator only skips good reviews.

We arranged a tour to Dagestan for three people on September 16. The tourist service was introduced on August 8. A week later, the manager writes that he apologizes wildly, but there was an error in the dates. There is no such tour for these dates. We are not from Minsk. Train tickets have already been purchased and a hotel in Minsk has been booked. After finding out, Daniel's manager explained that the tour was an author's tour and it was canceled. Why couldn't you just say, instead of saying, that there was a mistake? On the Instagram page of the Travelab travel agency, they wrote to me that it turns out that there is a tour to Dagestan on September 16 and I can be put on the waiting list!!! How? We were told that it was canceled!! Apparently, they talked to the managers and said they were wrong. There is no such tour. How can people in the same company have different information??? I was offered other dates and other destinations. I have a 15-day vacation and it was taken for the tour dates. We refused and wrote a request for a refund. And what do you think? They called us back and said that there were 3 places for September 16 in Dagestan. To a tour that has been canceled or that no longer has seats?!! Oh, the miracle! It was 3 people who refused. As a result, we are without rest and in a bad mood. Thank you, Travellab. Even putting one star is a lot. Unfortunately, the skin of correspondence with managers is not attached.

When planning a vacation, I remembered about my vacation last year at the end of May, I decided to write a review, in case it would be useful. The trip was to St. Petersburg. The company consisted of 6 people, everything was paid for, decorated as expected, there were unpleasant bells even during registration, but I did not pay attention to it. The day of the trip has come, we left, everything is as usual, the border and so on. We stood at the border for a very long time (this is not the fault of the tour agency), in connection with these excursions, the time was very short. We arrived at the hotel, it turned out to be not bad, but the rooms are so tiny that there is nowhere to put even a suitcase, I'm not saying that things should be put somewhere, everything was lying on the floor in a suitcase, but how. On the second day, it was suggested to go to Karelia or Tsarskoye Selo or a day for ourselves, we chose the latter option, spent it wonderfully, but on the third day it was something! We checked out and went on a bus tour of the city. Everything was messy, then they brought us to the fortress, everything was kind of messy there too, they didn't show us where the toilet was, or where to have a snack, they ran for a guide before lunch, and then they took us to the boats, I REPEAT, LIDI WITHOUT LUNCH AND TOILET, immediately to the boats, there we rode for 2 hours, and then, either iditi on the bus, or on an excursion to the roofs, we went to the roof. While we were running for the tour, we didn't have time, so my sister has a knee problem, and what do you think, our escort said that these are our problems and we need to go faster, my sister just burst into tears. We caught up with them when the group had already gathered near the house where it was necessary to climb the roofs. The roof guide was generally a strange type who drank water non-stop with large pupils and strange behavior. They went up the stairs to Tikhorya, as it turns out it was forbidden. After that, we went up to the roof, there are no insurance, there are no railings, there is nothing! If you slip off, you can immediately crash, someone went, but we decided to stay, they just left us on the roof and left. People were incredibly tired, and let me remind you that lunch on the third day was not provided. The escort is terrible, unfriendly. Everything seems to have been visited, which was provided for by the program, but the sediment remained disgusting from the organization. I love Peter, but I realized that the best option is to go on your own, or by another travel agency. 2 stars for delivery.

We went along the route of the Elagma estate, a food tour. The organization is at zero, the day before the message arrived departure at 10.20 on May 11, at 8.50 the guide calls saying where are you, everyone is waiting for you? It turns out that Travel lab changed the departure time from 10.20 to 8.45 the night before and did not inform five passengers about it!!! How this can be, remains a question. We arrived as fast as we could, we live on the other side of the city..as a result, the other 3 people were waiting..We left at the stated early hours of 10.15-20. Due to this delay, the excursion to Elagma was blurred, everyone was in a hurry, the guide was told that you are very late, do not blame me. Lunch is not worth 25 rubles, who will go - do not take it, tasteless borscht, pancakes with mushrooms, cabbage salad, compote. The Elagma estate was not inspected at all because of the delay. The museum in the Settlement was good, especially Gleb, an excusologist, this is probably the only plus. The result is that the program is not worth the money, you can visit the museum in Gorodishche yourself, close to Minsk. We were on another Tour , a brewery plus a cheese factory , Golshany, Krevo..this tour is decent, and for the same money! We are disappointed with the work of Travel Lab. Next time we'll choose another company.

I want to leave a review about the Travelab company and about the excellent organization of a trip to Italy from May 6 to May 13. I'll start from the beginning: the company was not chosen by chance, for a long time I monitored the reviews and programs offered by travel agencies, mandatory visa support (the visa was not open) and the date that was right for me, I took a special vacation. In early March, an agreement was signed with this company, manager Alina described everything in detail, what and how. We have made an advance payment of 150 rubles for travel services. All other contributions, according to the agreement, had to be made in stages, on the eve of the trip to the visa application center. A month has passed, according to the agreement, it was necessary to deposit the amount no later than 15.04, but no one called....I dialed myself, to which I heard in response that "don't worry, we are still waiting for the visa application, as soon as we have information, we will inform you.".10.04 a call is received from a travel agent and she informs that during the submission of the lists to the Italian visa application center, they were refused due to the large influx of tourists!!!!! She offers to get a visa through Greece.....we agree, because we understand that there are no options. The next day, we are given the necessary list of documents to submit. We collect all documents promptly and wait.... waiting... waiting.... and nothing..no call or message...I'm writing again on 17.04.. what?and how?.....the answer is "we are still waiting for a response from Greece"..... I am shocked to say the least.....how is this possible? how does the booking department work, does it really not understand what May is and the influx of tourists..I clarify what will happen if we do not have time to get a visa, the travel agent promised to return 150 rubles and make a discount of 20 dollars. on a tour to St. Petersburg)))) just a laugh...... I write again myself on 22.04.....0The response is "waiting"....I am writing on 04/24 ... and finally they tell us ... the tour will not take place, only those who have visas will go, because the visa center does not give an answer .....but with all this...no one says that you need to terminate the contract, come and we will refund the money....thus, they seem to give hope.... To summarize: I do not advise anyone to contact this travel agency to order tours in Europe (I can't say anything about tours in the Republic of Belarus, apparently - RB is the bar that the agency is pulling).

We bought a tour with visa support for 4 months, promised that everything would be done properly, until the last they said that everything was under control, they had to spend money on insurance statements, etc. and 11 days before the start of the tour, when the vacation could not be postponed, they canceled everything and did not even change. Manager Olga, this is a separate story of frustration and incompetence. Therefore, if you need something more than a trip to Mir Castle, you definitely don't need them!

SPOILER ALERT: It was the worst tour guide in my life
BACKGROUND: I really wanted to go on a trip to Western Belarus, especially since 2 of my colleagues visited this trip with Travellab over the past year and were very pleased with the guides.
But we were very unlucky.
The guide Sofia Macharashvili is an aged man of the Soviet era with appropriate preferences, thinking and all the consequences that follow from this
For some reason, throughout the trip, we listened to a lot of stories about Russia, that we definitely need to go to Smolensk, and what to see in Yaroslavl. I'm not against other countries and cities at all, but the narrative for a trip to Western Belarus is a little strange.
But that was just the beginning of the psychedelic. Sometimes I was just scared for the preservation of my mental health, because within 5 minutes the content of the monologue could change from ON to "Have you watched Gangster Petersburg", and interspersed with a random poem. And I'm not exaggerating, if anything.
Among the great Belarusians, she had, therefore, the following row: Domeyko, Kosciusko, Zhores Alferov and attention, drum roll, "nightingale" Ruslan Alekhno.
The main principle of this guide's work is simply to dump on people a chaotic stream of consciousness, a bunch of dates, unrelated pieces of information, advertising their individual excursions - it's simply impossible to describe this trash here in words.
In Solakh, in this unique place, for some reason we listened for 20 MINUTES about Budslaw and the Minsk Cathedral (WHY???). 2 times we were repeated the phenomenal information that "the interior is inside, and the exterior is outside"))
At the same time there was another group in the church in Solakh We listened to their guide for a couple of minutes, and in comparison we just wanted to cry that we needed to continue the trip with our lady (by the way, a day later I accidentally found out that this other guide, for the record, Olga Zhvirko. Believe me, the "heaven and earth" level)
And so it was at EVERY point. A LOT OF EXTRA CONFUSING information, an absolutely uninteresting presentation of such stunning architectural monuments.
Phrases like "dump your head off" were responsible for the cultural level, and on the way back we had to listen to more, for example, such as: "If you come home now, drink a glass of vodka and relax" and other discourse at the skirting board level.
For an unassuming tourist in terms of presentation, structure, logic of the information provided, the guide's speech, his intelligence and cultural level, the presence of professional ethics, this can probably work. In general, there were most of these people on our bus, and they were delighted with Sofia's false, in fact, professionalism, and happily clapped their hands.

For those who understand the subtleties of what is written above, they are a well-educated person with extensive travel experience, and generally understand what the professionalism of the guide is
MY SINCERE WISH is to clarify the full name of the guide in general in trips around Belarus at any agency. I don't want you to suffer)
Well, I should add that:
- the trash started from the moment of boarding, when for some reason the driver independently launched passengers into the bus without a guide, while she stood and gathered people in another place
- she assigned a person from the group to collect money for dinners
- in the Hervyats, where it was necessary to collect 2 rubles each, she was hysterical that she should not do this at all and again the person from the group had to do it
- that at lunch, the guide should be the first to enter the hall, clarify the places for his group and help people sit down, and not shout after 5 minutes, "Who took the compote from this table, return it"
SUMMARY: I highly recommend going to these places, I was very impressed by the churches, but check very carefully with whom you will do it

On March 9 and 10, I went on a Weekend in Grodno tour and I can definitely recommend this trip to everyone who wants to learn more about the Grodno region and this city.
The tour program includes a visit to some of the most outstanding sights of Belarus.
On the first day we saw Ivye, a unique city of four religions. The monument to the four denominations in our country can only be found there, and the Church of Saints Peter and Paul is an excellent example of Baroque architecture.
Another iconic monument is the Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary in the village of Murovanka -an incredible example of defensive architecture, which is no longer found in Belarus.
There was a real immersion in ancient times in Lida. During the journey through the Lida Castle, it seemed as if now the Grand Duke Gediminas would come out and send his army to attack.
And for very atmospheric and interesting photos, the Svyatopolk-Chetvertinsky manor in the stomach is perfect. You will definitely not regret visiting this place.
On the second day, the program was focused on Grodno.
The most outstanding places that we have visited are:
Kolozhskaya Church (Borisoglebskaya Church) is the oldest monument of religious architecture on the territory of Belarus, which was built using unique golosniki in the 12th century.
The Great Choral Synagogue is a truly unusual place where you can touch the ancient Jewish culture.

We went on a tour to Yelnya on 19.08. Of the advantages: the waterfall and Yelnya locations themselves are very beautiful, you can't take that away. A delicious lunch. That's all. I additionally clarified in advance whether there was an air conditioner on the bus, since my mother's heart was bad from the heat. To begin with, it says in the conditions that whoever is late by five minutes, the bus catches up on its own, but the bus was 15 minutes late, nonsense, but in my opinion it should arrive in half an hour, since tourists came from other cities and they had to stand stupidly and wait... Stanislav, the escort, came, completely indifferent to everything, organizational skills at zero. Since it was unrealistically hot in the morning, we ask if everything is OK with the air conditioner...Oh, you know, the driver told me YESTERDAY that he broke down.... yesterday.. that is, there was time to warn...But why?..They will lose money. I don't care that heat stroke can be unrealistically bad for both young and not-so-young passengers.For example, we would rather not go. I think it's inhumane to put 46 people on a bus in 32+ heat. You can't imagine what an adventure this is. I will omit what Manager Alina misinformed about the time of movement between locations, greatly underestimating the time... we got to Vyata, the bus threw us out two kilometers away, and we walked, supposedly low, but we even drove there at a low Pace... they took 20 minutes at the waterfall, THEY DIDN'T WARN ME ABOUT SWIMSUITS, how can I know that it was possible to swim there? it would be super relevant in this heat. all the tourists reached the bus, they were no longer very positive. Yelnya is a beauty, you could have bought in the swamp, but remember that we were not warned about swimsuits when it was so hot - I don't care, we swam in underwear. the guide is just zero, the wash was spat after 15 minutes. the information seems to be good, but the presentation. barely, apparently, they selected the cheapest guide. it came to the end with her from the group, God willing, 10 people. So, the service is zero, the buses are old and without a conditioner, there is no accompanying person, the guide is the same. a purely Belarusian business, no one cares about anyone, it is designed for an unpretentious tourist and will probably get through.I do not recommend a travel agency. Good afternoon.Our trip to Georgia left two impressions. We had a bus tour that was supposed to be on 06/12/2023. Shortly before departure, the manager called and informed that the tour would not take place and had to be rescheduled for 06/10/23. Agreed. But the most interesting thing was waiting for us. I liked the rest 100%. The hosts are very hospitable, the Datong guest house is very nice. The departure home was supposed to be at 13.00, but the escort wrote that the roads were washed out and they would arrive later, for 2 hours. As a result, we waited until 8 p.m. The owners of the guest house, when the bus picked us up very late, did not put us outside with our suitcases, but also fed us for free at lunch. But I really didn't like the fact that we were joined with another travel agency. We were immediately separated from ourselves, we were left to ourselves. The escort did not have the information, they wanted to charge us an extra $ 40 per tour. There was no WiFi on the bus, although the group initially said there would be one. We were looking for excursions to Kobuleti ourselves, the group from Batumi did not even offer us to go with them, but their excursions were twice as expensive as in your travel agency. Two excursions that were included in the price of the tour (Mtskheta and Jvari) were not held at all. The drivers saved money on us and took us by all sorts of detours, avoiding toll roads. They brought us far to the hotel, we had to go to the house with our suitcases. Back, when they clarified where they would pick us up, the escort assured us that from the hotel, and as a result, the drivers did not drive up again, and stood on the road. We had to go to the bus with our suitcases again. Previously, we traveled around Belarus with this travel agency and everything was fine. But after this trip, now there is no foot in this travel agency. They are 100% enchanted%

I do not recommend this tour company at all, if I had known in advance, I would not have gone with this company at all !
10-11.06 there was a trip to the castles of Brest region. Everything is described so colorfully , I was looking forward to it . But alas..
firstly, this is not a bus , but a minibus ( which I only found out about when boarding )
I think such things need to be discussed in advance (when you purchase a ticket!!!
And even more so, we went with this company for the first time and the impression immediately deteriorated from the first minutes ! Since I usually did not meet such situations through a tour company, if they said a bus, then they did not stretch the concept (minibus)!!!!!
Lunch on request for 20 rubles did not represent what was told ( soup with water and three meatballs ) The price is 1.70 a little lower in the same cafe ! I haven't been hurt that much yet . But here
A minibus with terrible conditions , 17 official seats , and 21 were made ! Well, this is on the conscience of the carrier, of course, but the fact that the tour company does not think at all, I did not expect such a turn at all.
It 's stuffy and cramped in the sprinter .. and all this in a 4-hour journey, for such money it 's just terrible!!! I do not recommend this company from the word at all .
