I had a rest in Minsk before the May holidays and took three excursions from this company: a sightseeing tour of the city, Grodno and Nesvizh/Mir. Thank you for the excellent excursions, I really enjoyed it, we went around the city and to Grodno with Evgeny, and to the castles with Oksana (sorry if I misspelled your name, you were amazing, you talked fascinatingly, I didn't want to sleep during the trip, but I wanted to absorb like a sponge the information that you fascinatingly told us). We had a great lunch in Grodno, it was satisfying and delicious, there was even the most inexpensive cottage cheese dessert, but in Nesvizh the food in the cafe was not very good, rice was scattered on a large plate, two small meatballs and tasteless borscht, we saved as much as we could :) In Grodno the organ was replaced by an excursion to the weapons museum, I thought it would be uninteresting, but it was so exciting to listen to the guide, the owner of the museum, as he colorfully brought us information, the whole group was completely delighted!

On 12.01.2025, we went on a bus sightseeing tour with Anatoly. The impressions are the most wonderful, there is a lot of really interesting information, detailed, compiled with great love for the city and its history. A good balance of trips and walks, we didn't have time to freeze or get bored. Excellent interesting presentation, intelligent, with humor! 3 hours flew by unnoticed. 09.10.2024 we went on an excursion to Gervyaty - Zalesye - Soly.
Firstly, the route itself and the locations are excellent. It was very interesting, informative and dynamic.
Secondly, the group was great, everyone was organized and polite.
Thirdly, the weather and luck favored us. There was no rain and all the churches were opened to us at the agreed time.
Finally, the guide Anatoly is now the standard guide for me 😎😊
Everything is clearly timed, attentive and friendly to the whole group, gave out a carload of interesting information about the visited sites, an assessment-neutral presentation of historical facts.
If it is possible in the future to choose a guide when choosing an excursion, we will choose those that Anatoly conducts.
We chose this excursion without any special expectations, but received a lot of positive impressions.

We went on an excursion with Elena - an excellent guide! I talked tirelessly, and it was very interesting and we visited everything that was planned and also the church in Nesvizh! The tour is made conveniently! With an intermediate stop - coffee and toilet! We did not take lunch - well, we will not be able to fully eat anywhere else - everything is scheduled for excursions, but we did not plan, we had a snack with delicious cheesecake and coffee at the Town Hall cafe and ate sliced, fed the seals and took a walk! We returned to Minsk at the beginning of the eighth - we went to the church in the center and walked around the evening city ourselves. I was very impressed with our guide - thank her very much! We were lucky with the weather! And also in the castle in Nesvizh, Elena was lucky with the guide, too, which cannot be said about Nesvizh - the guide Daria in the castle is not very good at all (outwardly the castles are very beautiful, according to the exposition - not bad! We were on two excursions through this company. 1) Locks the World and Not the World. The guide is Elena. It was super: interesting, informative, convenient, clear, competent. A comfortable bus, a delicious lunch. Elena is a great professional, she kept her attention, joked, but clearly went according to plan. The driver is attentive. Well, the castles themselves and their territories are worth a mandatory visit. Recommend. 2) the second day tour of Minsk. The guide is Mikhail. A wonderful start to the tour at the Town Hall, with a costumed performance. Then a bus and walking tour of Minsk. It is very interesting and beautiful. Minsk is fascinating. My review of the Minsk city tour from September 2023 was deleted for some reason. I'm writing it again. A terrible (in my opinion) excursion. The guide does not answer for anything, gets angry when she is asked questions and hurries to finish as quickly as possible. The essence of the tour is that the Republic of Belarus was oppressed for a long time, but then it became the center of the European Plain. The company accused me that my review was written by competitors! Then they accused me of being intoxicated! Then there's a bunch of nasty stuff! I write a lot of reviews on all social networks.on social media, because we had several tickets!!!!! It is my right to evaluate the tour, if your company is a tourist company, then provide decent services and read reviews, take action, and do not come up with excuses! I do not recommend it!

I want to add it. Today, on 31.01.2025, two castles visited Nesvizh and Mir. The guide, Elena, told us so fully and thoroughly about these castles on the way that when we arrived at them, we felt as if we had already been there. Everything is just fine. On 30.01.2025, we were on an excursion to the city of Zhodino at the current Belaz machinery plant. On the way from Minsk, the guide Evgeny told us very informative things about the places we passed through. Ekaterina, a tour guide, met us at the factory and took us through the main assembly line, the industrial site and the exhibition of equipment samples. In conclusion, we were given small souvenirs and taken to a kaffeterie with very tasty pastries. Thank you to the team of the tour company!!!

We were on a tour of the World and Nesvizh on September 25 with the guide Pavel. I really liked how he conducted the tour, everything was very interesting, a lot of information, it is clear that he is a qualified specialist.
We also went on an excursion to Grodno on September 27, the guide Evgeny told everything wonderfully, everything was clear and interesting. I answered all your questions. There are no questions for the guide, but there is a complaint about the organization of the lunch. What happened was not even lunch: lunch was held in the cafe "Guests", upon arrival at the cafe there were already plates of soup on the tables. There is no soup - water and noodles with carrots. After that, they brought out a plate of "assorted": the most ordinary salad with cabbage, carrots and onions; a piece of chicken baked with cheese and a couple of spoonfuls of barely warm mashed potatoes, hardened like after a refrigerator - it doesn't taste at all, not salty, not a gram of milk and butter. And in addition to this, there was some kind of incomprehensible diluted drink - either mors or compote - some kind of sweetened water. This food is clearly not for a restaurant, as they position themselves, even in canteens they feed better… Of all this, the most normal thing was a piece of chicken. After such a lunch, there was a good sediment left. In general, it would be good to specify in advance what awaits people for lunch or give them a choice of dishes - as they do in other places. Well, or at least it was possible to give something national instead of incomprehensible potatoes and salad - the same pancakes, for example. And then lunch would have been much more enjoyable. Therefore, we ask the organizers of the excursions to organize dinners more responsibly and not so carelessly.

1. Overview of Minsk. Despite the clear organization, I did not like the tour. The guide (Vera) was constantly talking and losing her mind. By the end of the tour, it was impossible to listen. It was felt that the person was not ready and very tired (I wanted to take off a star for this).

In general, the organization in the company is good, everything is clear on time and fair to customers.

Everything is beautiful on the site, let's go from Minsk to Brest today, why write that customers come in 15 minutes if the bus is served 5 minutes before departure, especially at the end of November (on the street +3 so)?I read in the reviews that they feed only at 15-00, it seems to be true, but at two technical stops at Belneftekhim you can safely drink coffee with delicious local ice cream and a hot dog 2-3 times cheaper than in Russia. Respect to the driver, the guide in fort number 5 of the Brest fortress (Sergey Sergeevich) has a huge respect, worked for 200%, but the fortress itself did not go in, the guide worked poorly and disappeared. We were on 2 excursions of this company in August 2024. The first is a sightseeing tour of Minsk, with a very erudite, tactful and attentive guide Mikhail.We were very satisfied. 2nd excursion - to the castles of Mir and Nesvizh on August 22, 2024. A wonderful, knowledgeable guide accompanied, but a very poor quality microphone interfered with the perception of information.I was also surprised by the relationship between the driver and the student guide. The driver's behavior, to put it mildly, was not tactful.
I liked Mir Castle very much, apparently also because the tour was conducted by a wonderful woman who loves and knows her business.
But in Nesvizh Castle, the guide and I were unlucky. ( See photo ). It was his last tour of the day, as it turned out later, so he spent the entire tour running. And this is literally the case, we ran after him from hall to hall, trying to at least hear

The excursion from Ludutka with Oleg was disappointing. The village itself was impressive, very interesting and the views are wonderful, but it seemed that Oleg was not ready for the tour. Excursion to BELAZ - Gulliver's amazing adventures in the land of giants! I've seen dump trucks on TV and on the Internet a lot of times! But after seeing them "live"... This is how they say about the pyramids of Cheops. You understand how huge they are, but when you see them in nature, it turns out that, yes, that's exactly how you imagined them, only they are several times bigger! So it is with BelAZ. When you don't go around the dump truck to inspect it from the other side, but pass UNDER IT without bending down, it's impressive! When you have, as they say, a "hat falls off", when you try to look at this colossus completely, it's an indescribable feeling! And, of course, great pride for friendly Belarus, for its workers, for the leaders of the country, who not only managed to maintain a unique production in difficult times, but also took it to the forefront of the world! I, like a boy, climbed a huge dump truck (well, the one that was allowed), and even the opportunity to ride on it! Unfortunately, not driving, but as a passenger!
A wonderful museum, a huge territory of the plant, clean, tidy, workshops similar to the Czech Roscosmos assembly rooms in cleanliness and order! A well-prepared and conducted tour! Visiting BELAZ is one of the most vivid impressions of a trip to Belarus! I will definitely recommend it to my friends and acquaintances!

We were a group on a sightseeing tour of Minsk and we really liked it. The guide's name was Yaroslav, a handsome young man, who told me extremely interesting things. The tour is well thought out, when you start to think that you want to sit down, then immediately everyone is gathered on the bus, as if the guide is reading your thoughts. Today we took part in a wonderful tour and visited two castles. The guide Elena is a professional in her field, she told about the history of the country with ease and subtle humor. She told us legends and historical facts, answered all our questions. It was easy to listen and very interesting. The castles themselves were impressive, but the weather did not disappoint. The bus is comfortable, with air conditioning. Special thanks to the driver!!! We didn't regret ordering lunch in advance, because we were very hungry. We took an excursion Minsk-Nesvizh-Mir.
There were fears for the tour- he would get seasick on the bus, there would be a boring story from the guide, we would not have time to inspect everything, the teenager would not be interested. All these fears were not justified.
The bus was comfortable, clean, and odorless. The driver drove very carefully, did not get seasick. All arrangements for pick-up and disembarkation times were respected. A convenient gathering place is Svobody Square.
The guide Elena is a very pleasant girl, an interesting storyteller, knows a lot of events, details, and was happy to answer our questions.
We were satisfied with the organization of the entire route, Elena quickly and smoothly moved the group to the desired locations, quickly received entrance tickets and transferred our subgroups to excursions in castles.
The route included a set lunch for 600 rubles. The food was simple, but everything was very tasty, hot, fresh, what you need after a long trip and excursions. Upon arrival at the cafe, the tables were already set, we were served quickly and politely, everyone was satisfied. They served light soup with pearl barley and mushrooms, cabbage salad with crab sticks, mashed potatoes with chicken and cherry juice with croissants.
The castle in Nesvizh will be remembered for a long time - the beauty of the territory, the interior decoration, the history of these places, the Church of the Corpus Christi - the ancestral tomb of the Radziwills - everything made a great impression even on a skeptical teenager))
But the Mir Castle in comparison is interesting only from the outside, there are no such beauties inside and the local tour was boring. Despite this, we took beautiful photos of these places.
