I rarely go to travelers. A long time ago, about 10 years ago, these were real coffee shops, specializing in coffee. After the founders left, Travelers turned into ordinary city cafes. Apparently, they strategically decided to occupy good locations in the new residential complexes. The strategy is working, the occupancy rate is good. But personally, I only go there if I'm invited. I'm not going there myself. Everything is average, there is nothing to go for. Only if you sit out, wait, nothing more. But it's all very subjective :).

I'm going to avoid this place now and, I think, the whole network too. There is no such disregard for customers anywhere. We were up early in the morning, we came tired and hungry. In anticipation of a hearty breakfast, we wanted to order a lot of things. we were asked about the ashyq application, OK, scanned the code, wanted to show it, and it was only saved there for 5 minutes, but no one came up to check. I've already learned the menu, and I went to wash my hands, but no one came to take the order. The waiter goes to other tables, at first I just called out to him, generally zero emotions, louder, called even louder - 3 times, did not even turn my head. Sometimes waiters with hearing problems work, but this is how they say it right away. Then I realized that this was not his table, apparently, so ignore us, completely ignore us. At the next table, people said that this was the order of the day here. If a simple order is taken for about 15 minutes, inviting at least someone, in the morning, when there are few people, how long should the order itself wait?
We decided to go to another place, told the administrator that this was not the way to do it, and received in response that 10 minutes was a normal phenomenon for them. Those are the guests who should be happy to get to their service! But we waited for more than 10 minutes, the waiter could just be a little more attentive, the receptionist would just apologize, like we'll solve everything. But they didn't care about us.
That's for sure I can do without this coffee shop.
