I used to love this place very much, but Rimma's greed ruined everything! I don't advise you to stop. Yes, there are problems with the kitchen - they dilute the dish detergent very much (if there is any there at all), the stove is very weak. You'll have to run to the kitchen anyway. And since I traveled in winter, it's inconvenient to get dressed, put on shoes, run around the yard in the rain, in the snow, and the tiles are slippery.
Make no mistake about the "Swallow's Nest"! There is no worse place in the off-season. Yes, the cafes don't scream either, and you fall asleep to the sound of the sea. But the draught through these stained-glass windows is creepy! And the heaters can't handle it! There was one day when there was a terrible wind, you can't hide like that - it's blowing out of the window everywhere! From all four corners of the world!
The Internet disappears, they save on warm floors - it works through a cell on the tile. 😄
Well, I tolerated those flaws. But the last time they charged me the price of 2000 per day (in winter!), I was just shocked! Rimma was telling me about pricing. Allegedly, such prices, since she paid 72,000 for electricity alone. But how can it be if it costs 40 kopecks?!
I found it on a nearby street for 1000 (and that's a bit expensive for Abkhazia in winter). I won't set foot in those cypresses again! My advice is to choose decent people, not those who want to cheat for profit!

August 2024, we stopped at Abum and rented a room for 3 nights. 8 t.p. per day, a room of the so-called "Swallow's Nest". At first glance, everything is chic, clean, there are kitchen utensils and appliances, air conditioning, TV, excellent view from the window. But then the disadvantages open up, alas, there are too many of them.
Right in front of the balcony there is a barbecue pipe, delicious of course, but only for the first time.
The view of the sea also implies sound. In the morning, screaming children, boxes with a loudspeaker, touts on the tour "KUKUURUZAA HOT" her mother. At night there are two restaurants with music and karaoke. Sound insulation- consider that there is none. Even the earplugs did not save from the bass. According to the hostess, the embankment walks until 11. But in practice, until 01:00.
The room is located on the 3rd floor - respectively, each time with legs.
There are cracks in the stained glass window and one piece of glass is knocked out.
The windows are stained.
There are air conditioners in the living room and bedroom. Children are discriminated against - in their bedroom, only the window opens. The air conditioners can't handle the entire area. The external units are placed on the balcony and drip onto a cloth. Accordingly, the balcony is slippery.
The water in the kitchen faucet is only cold and low pressure.
There are no complaints about the bathroom and bedrooms, the interior.
If you want to stay here, then either in low season, or if you do not plan to sleep, or if you are not woken up from a cannon.

The only plus is the location, practically, on the beach. But there are a lot of people on this beach. We went at seven in the morning to have time to go swimming without bumping into anyone. The hotel itself, the courtyard, the kitchen, the room are creepy. I haven't seen such piggishness since the 90s. What is the room, what is the kitchen, what is the yard. From August 25 to August 30, we are staying in this guest house.Yes, we have a departure tomorrow, but I don't want to leave at all.. The sea is close, the guest house is on the first line. The rooms are cleaned by a pleasant woman Irina, she is always on site. The hostess Rimma lives on the territory and always tells you, responds to any request.There is a kettle, electric stoves, refrigerators in the shared kitchen, although the rooms also have a refrigerator and a TV. Shower and toilet in the room. Transportation is one street up. Each room has a table where you can sit.The yard is all green.Local mosquitoes do not react to fumitox and Raptor. Just a sprinkler on the body. Yes, there are no dishes in the common kitchen, from the word at all. We went to eat in cafes, had snacks on excursions. We drank tea and coffee (2 master kettles) on our balcony. Our room is on the second floor, next to the room there is a dryer, a table. The balcony is covered with vines. Beautiful view of the mountains. Perhaps the price is too expensive for this guest house, but... I advise you, definitely!!!!

Great place!The manager is Rimma, sympathetic, good-natured.The rooms are clean, the yard is in order, the atmosphere is homely.The manager discreetly, but at the same time solves all issues promptly, provides umbrellas and mats for the beach absolutely free of charge.A big plus is the access to the sea (20 meters). I recommend.

Unfortunately, there was no opportunity to evaluate the hotel. We booked a room in advance, discussed the day and time of arrival. We were told that we need to approach Rimma to check in. When we arrived, she was not at the place, it was impossible to contact her, and there were no rooms available! No one knows what we booked. Literally: "10 people arrived today, we checked them in, there are no more rooms."
As a result, we had to go to another place and overpay the money, since there are no options. And I didn 't get an answer to my question why it turned out that way. 🤷🏻♀️

The 3 Cypress Hotel is located on 26 Tereshkova Street. The best thing about it is its location next to the sea, literally on the embankment, where the second exit leads. One of the relatively normal ones is a suite on the 3rd floor. I lived in 4 rooms, I have complaints about all of them. You can stop for 1-3 days, everything else is already hard. There are no kettles in the rooms, everything is in the kitchen, but it smells very bad. The taps in the sink are short, it is inconvenient to wash your hands and wash your face. The equipment of ordinary rooms is 2-3 beds and chairs. To arrange suitcases, put a table and just walk is already extremely cramped. From the second floor of the 3-storey building, the sea is poorly visible from the grilles on the windows. The hot water in the suite did not work and the toilet drain tank periodically did not work. There are also rooms with a view of the brick wall from the window. There is no room cleaning, the garbage is not taken out.

We are currently resting in this hotel. The location is appropriate, the center and the sea are nearby, the sound of the sea can be heard from the room. Rotavirus is there and it is hard, but you can not take medicines with you, because for 100 rubles you can buy medicine from Rimma Fadeevna on the spot. It really helps! Of the minuses, and there are 3 of them:1. Early booking does not mean that prices will not be increased for you upon arrival or a week before (we and everyone who was raised, i.e. the fee, that there will definitely be places), 2. In Gagra, electricity is constantly turned off (i.e. e the air conditioner will not work at night from 2 to 5.00, respectively, the refrigerator and the rest and the rest) 3. If you want to cook, then it's unrealistic, just something quick, drink tea, because the stoves are low-power, there really aren't enough dishes. I cooked dumplings for 1.5 hours. The owners are kindly requested to provide a kettle and an elementary pot, frying pan and a set of dishes to the room, so as not to depend on others. But if you eat in canteens (like us), then everything is fine!

It's a great place.We had a rest in early June, the hotel is wonderful,two entrances to the territory,one of which overlooks the sea,its own terrace with gorgeous plants,there is a shared kitchen,barbecue,washing machine and everything you need,clean and cozy rooms, for which special thanks to the staff (Katerina.Galina) work like bees, you can always contact them at any time, they are very kind.The hostess of Rome is super friendly.good-natured, always listens to all wishes, tells you where and how best, in general, everything is at the highest level.Thank you very much!!! Among the advantages are air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with the main Russian programs, a private bathroom with a shower, two windows on opposite walls, a kettle can be taken to the room, the first coastline with direct access to the embankment and the beach. But the minus is the discos every day on the waterfront. You want to sleep, but the music beats until 23. Periodically, the lights are turned off 3-4 times a day - the power system cannot cope with the load. The water is turned off early in the morning.

- 2 rooms in the house, with air conditioning, Internet and TV in one of the rooms. 2 double beds, one double sofa bed. In fact - 2 miserable beds, not suitable for sleeping!!! And one miserable sofa, which is not disassembled and, in fact, is even more likely to be a single than a one-and-a-half!
And 6 people were resting, 4 adults and two children.
- the declared air conditioner is only in one of the rooms, but fortunately a fan was given to the second one.
- Internet )))) this hotel does not know what it is. In our junior suite))))) the photo below, it wasn't there when we arrived, the router was installed a day or two later, I don't remember exactly)
I spent my mobile traffic on children.
But also when it was installed))) it didn't get much better, the signal was so weak that we couldn't even open the letter that came to the post office and missed our plane!!!! Our flight was changed, but we did not find out about it because of the lack of excellent Internet!!

I was ready to rest in the private sector, but in stable conditions, and not in conditions for 50,000 without water, Internet, matchmaker and the opportunity to cook! I had to constantly hold one small pot of food hostage.
Plus, of course, yes, the center, the first line, the exit- and immediately the beach, a lot of cafes. Cafe Music, but before 12... it didn't bother us.
The door is very chlorate, which leads to the beach... but they didn't do anything with it, well, it didn't bother us either.
The hostess Rimma Fadeevna... yes, a nice woman ... but I think that she does not think about people, she would have thought - she changed the conditions in a crash. People moved in and out with us, without even checking in.
Of course, I was recalculated after my bombing.
I had a dialogue with the manager, because I booked through her, and I also received all the information through her. But why it did not correspond to reality is not my question.
In general, I did not like my vacation in Abkhazia, and of course the atmosphere of housing, the lack of necessary and expected things, made a big contribution to this. The nature is beautiful, the sea is average, the pebble beach is certainly not convenient. Sun beds and an umbrella are paid.

I had a summer vacation in June with a child of 11 years old at the Three Cypresses hotel. We booked the hotel in advance, back in the spring. We took a 2-bed room with a balcony and sea view. We ordered a transfer, everything was clearly met, and we were taken to the hotel. I really liked the room, everything you need is there. Own bathroom, refrigerator,TV, air conditioning. The balcony is a very big plus for me, I like to sit in the evening. The hotel is located on the beach, the back gate opens directly onto the beach, this is also very important for me. The courtyard of the hotel is very well maintained, there are many flowers and trees. There is a kitchen where you can cook, and who doesn't want the hotel is located so that there are a lot of cafes around. I would like to say a special thank you to the hostess of the hotel, a very intelligent and responsive woman. The child and I liked everything very much.

People! Never go to this terrible hotel. We have been to many places, but we have never seen such a mess as here. The hostess is a disgusting old greedy hag, complaining all the time that she barely survives on retirement and tries to rip off at least for something! The rooms are shabby, the furniture is old, the mattresses are thin, you sleep like on the floor. The sheets are washed old, the lights are ALWAYS turned off at night. The hotel is completely unsanitary, all with rotovirus. It's a special pleasure to vomit in the dark at night! There's a kick-ass in the kitchen. Mold!!!! Where the sink is, it's scary to look at. The cleaner even asked the hostess herself to cover the dirt with tiles, whatever. The audibility between the numbers is awesome, you can write novels about other people's lives. Not another foot! Even for free!!! And God forbid you get there. Especially with children...

I liked the mini-hotel THREE CYPRESSES, I consider the price-quality ratio to be normal. It is located right on the seashore, access from the courtyard to the beach, the sea is clean. The rooms are pretty decent, everything you need is there. There are several good canteens nearby. We went on excursions with Alkhas - these excursions are offered right at the hotel - the most wonderful impressions were left from these trips. One of the disadvantages is that there are no kettles in the rooms, they are in the kitchen in the amount of three or four pieces for 20 rooms. Otherwise, we did not find any flaws, the furniture in our room was new, the mattresses were new. Towels are provided, but of a small size, but last year we rested in Pitsunda, there were no towels at all in the mini-hotel, which was extremely surprising. There are a couple of barbecues in the courtyard, you can sit near your room (each room has a table with chairs). So I highly recommend it, not a suite, but if you want to live near the sea at an affordable price, it is a decent option.

We have been vacationing with our family in Gagra for more than one year. I can say with confidence that this is the best mini-hotel where we have been. The sea is just a stone's throw away, the rooms are clean, quiet, well-maintained courtyard, friendly but not intrusive hosts and staff. Kitchen for self-cooking, cafe across the street. Within walking distance of the water park, market, bus stops, ATM, stadium. I will be happy to return to Three more Cypresses

The second time we take one room, it is not large, but with a huge balcony with a good view of the mountains and a beautiful courtyard. There is a kitchen, they are building a gazebo in the courtyard, each room has an individual table.In general, you can write for the hostess Rimma Fadeevna for a long time, a wonderful person!!!! The sea is behind the gate, there are a lot of cafes, good canteens nearby, everything is at hand. What else is needed for a good rest, just a positive attitude. So we really liked everything!!!!!! We hope we have found our hotel, which we will return to.

I rested in Gagra in winter at this hotel - I really liked it, it's so warm, sunny, mountains, palm trees, fruits even in winter, it's nice to go out of the gate to the sea, beautiful trees, and nature in general make a pleasant impression. It is clear why our former monarchs (Oldenburg) founded their resort here.

We rested in the summer of 2019 in a suite with a sea view. Well, what can I say? I don't know why the hotel was given such high marks (even here, even at the booking office), but I fell for them and regretted it.
Minuses:
1) Yes, the view from the balcony opens to the sea. But there is also a view of the cafe where there is a disco until midnight. If you also plan to walk all night, then this will not be a problem for you. And if you eat with children (like us), then be ready to sing along at night while lying in bed. There is no sound insulation.
2) Air conditioning. There are three rooms in the room. The air conditioner is installed only in the large one. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms - be prepared to sleep in the heat.
3) WiFi. He's not in the room. From the word "completely". WiFi is available in the courtyard. But it is constantly overloaded. In general, you will have a rest without the Internet. (perhaps this is a plus)
4) Water. To wash, you need to dance with tambourines. The pressure is weak. You will wash for a long time.
5) Furniture. Everything is old and shabby. It seems that the furniture was given to the hostess of the hotel in the middle of the last century.
And take toilet paper/soap/air freshener with you. This is not provided in the rooms.
In general, the whole hotel looks somehow uncomfortable and tasteless.
Total, the overall score is 2. This is taking into account the +1 due to the sea view.

We have just returned from vacation, we lived with the whole family of three in Three Cypresses. Overall, we liked it. It is especially convenient that there is a private gate to access the beach at any time. The room is comfortable, clean, there are no comments. The administration is friendly, always ready to help. There are many cafes around for every taste. But this is a minus, in the evenings until 12 at night, music can be heard from them. Of course, there are other minor drawbacks, but we decided that next year we will try to come again!
