Today is the first time I came for a pedicure. The studio is spacious, bright and clean. The atmosphere is very pleasant and cozy. A friendly receptionist offered coffee/tea. Very nice, thanks for the coffee and candy treat! And the pedicure master is a very kind girl Lyubov Romanova, she handled it perfectly and professionally, the heels became soft and gave me advice. Thanks to Master Lyuba. And yet, the pedicure chair is very comfortable, super 👍🏻I will definitely come again. ☺️

There are no questions about the quality of work and to the master, too, but the sediment from the administrator remained. Customer loyalty must not only be earned, but also maintained. Apparently the administrator is not aware of such basic things. About the bonuses that seem to be specifically not mentioned in order to get % of the check. Sadly
Updated: the salon administration does not even respond to comments where there are less than 5 stars. It's a pity, I've been a regular customer for several years, and now I have no desire to return.

Because by January 20, she had important competitions, she needed to cut her nails completely and make a monophonic neutral coating. She arrived at the appointed time, getting to her destination in 1.5 hours, because she really likes this particular master. I also want to note that after her online recording, on January 18, there was a confirmation of the recording in Viber, and an SMS notification came to the phone. As a result, she was not accepted and was not offered another master today, because somehow, miraculously, 2 clients were registered at that time. My wife was offered a 50% discount on her next visit, but she needed a manicure today! I will still deal with this situation and, in general, we will check the activities of this organization in my line of duty.

The current price list is not specified, it is not specified what is included in the service and what you will need to pay for separately! I'm talking about a hardware manicure without gel polish coating, when I signed up, the price was 45 bun, in the end I paid 60. It was only at the reception that they actually explained to me that the price does not include removal, but with gel polish coating, removal is included in the price. I wouldn't be so upset if I knew the list of services in advance and chose another service. The removal of the previous manicure is not even listed in the price list! Moreover, I always go only to this salon and did my previous manicure here. The masters and the service are excellent, please make a clear list of services with prices.

I came to the TRIUMPH salon after making an appointment for gel polish removal. When talking to the administrator, I clarified that I needed to have a removal and subsequent treatment so that the nails rested from the gel polish. In the process, the master removed the varnish and said that was it.., leaving the nails in a deplorable state (everything is visible in the photo). Moreover, the master said that the administrator had only said about the removal and she no longer had time for me. That is, the salon with a rating of 5.0. there is absolutely no understanding either in terms of the sequence of processing, aesthetics, or with what kind of nails, regarding grooming, the client should leave. I went home with terrible nails. There was no desire to return anymore.

I live in Moscow, I regularly go to the salon to my master for a manicure, but when traveling I like to visit other salons, to see where other masters work. Usually my master wins in comparison, but not this time (it's a draw now ;))
A cozy, clean salon, polite receptionists who offer tea and coffee. The master is a smart girl, she listened to everything, took everything into account and did it very carefully. I painted the coating almost under the cuticle with a thin brush ) I've been getting a manicure for a week, but it looks like I just left the master. A huge palette of lacquers, even the eyes scattered.
Definitely, I recommend it!

I did nail extensions with Marina's master on 02/08/2025. I liked everything right away, however, later I saw the nuances with the inside of the nails. It is poorly sawn, although the coating itself was made prettily. Because of such nuances, I had to remove the coating, bringing it for 9 days. It is a pity that this happened, the money was not paid small (112p). I won't come here anymore.

The worst place I've been in Minsk. The star is only for the work of the master. The rest of the stages are a complete failure:
1. An entry in an absolutely unprocessed application, a combo / hardware manicure is specified, and on the spot you will find out that only certain specialists do hardware and this is not the master, why can't you make a filter right away in order to avoid such misunderstandings.
2. When recording in the application, a discount was indicated for the new master, which, it turns out, ended at the end of July and no marks about it, okay, let's go to a meeting, but the sediment remained.
3. Cuticle oil and hand lotion are prescribed in the service - there is no mention of the latter.
4. They offer to pay in cash or transfer money to an obscure card, a cool approach.
The place is uncomfortable, I don't understand why such a price tag. Not another foot.
