The scoreboard is not working. We took a receipt, and we stand waiting. Employees are sitting on smartphones in a relaxed manner and paying zero attention to customers. The receptionist didn't even raise her head until her guards kicked her. OK, we approached the employee. And then, hearing our question, she said that everything would take 10 working days. But in another branch, we closed the accounts in 10 minutes!!!!!! I became indignant, the time was reduced to tomorrow, then to 3 o'clock, but all movements will begin only after lunch. There are still 30 minutes before lunch!!!!!!. I understand that rocking on a chair is much more pleasant than working. In general, the employees are not qualified, and they are not customer-oriented at all. The account closure service has not been provided.
4.5 hours later, we are still waiting for the girl operator to be given access to close the account. I called the helpline, all appeals are recorded in words. I ask for the number, they say, but the date is not pronounced, even after the request. I went up to the manager, he was busy with something of his own, walking around with a mug of tea. I listened and asked the employee for the reason. The situation has not changed. A day spent waiting in this branch. It's just a terrible bank!!!!!!
