On the downside, it can be noted that it is sometimes difficult to sign up here due to its high popularity, so it is better to plan a visit in advance. In general, Tsar is an ideal choice for those who appreciate style, comfort and professionalism. I recommend it to all men who want to look well-groomed and modern!

We have been coming here for 5 years now and have not had any questions until today. Well, really, it's a good place, I don't want to describe everything.
But today, on 14.03, we have an appointment (dad + son) for a haircut at 17-30, we always arrive in advance. At 17-34, the receptionist approaches- tea, coffee?
No, we should have had our hair cut in about 5 minutes.
- Well, the master is finishing, there is only a 4-minute delay.
- No, not all of them, but whole ones. And they invited us at 17:40.
What is the point of recording and paying a high enough price for the service if there is no such service?
I'm not ready to pay that much for waiting until the master is free- there are cheaper places 2-3 times. Well, a haircut can be timed and not keep your customers waiting.
I repeat, this is the first time in 5 years, and hopefully the only one. The price in these establishments is based on ALL factors - the quality of services, the atmosphere, and the time, if it's not important to you, then every minute is precious to me.
Well, the quality of the haircut is excellent, as always.
