In Minsk, my husband registered a car at the traffic police on Timiryazev. I paid payments (state duty of about 90 rubles, traffic police services and 2 commissions to the bank for making these two payments of about 5 rubles) through the RCC of this bank. The operator mistakenly transferred the money to the wrong place (Minsk instead of Minsk district). Already picking up the numbers, I had to pay all 4 payments again (including repeated commissions), we did not make contact, the operator closed the window and went on a break. We contacted the parent bank. We went personally. 14 days to respond. They wrote an answer, shuffled sorry, sorry, they said that the commission would be refunded. State duty through the tax service (I had to go to the tax service and write an application, and by the way, we are still waiting for a refund from the budget). But you need to go to another RCC for the commission, and first call there. Well, my husband stopped by on the way. It was already a matter of principle. They kept him there for almost an hour. The paperwork was being processed. The unfortunate 5 rubles and kopecks were returned. IT'S A DISGRACE. Is this something that cannot be solved on the spot when an error is detected? Do not take a commission a second time, transfer it to a card account and not write lengthy letters with where to go and where to call. horror. THEY CAN WRITE LETTERS, BUT THEY CAN'T ORGANIZE WORK.
