I live in another country, passing through Vitebsk. But I remember this cosmetology from my student days, so I decided to go for old times' sake. Oksana Dmitrievna accepted me. He cleans very quickly, every movement is honed, everything is according to the rules and standards. Quickly, efficiently, and professionally. It doesn't hurt at all. The feeling that the face has rejuvenated, brightened and became easier on its own. We don't have such professionals in our city, but you, the residents of Vitebsk, are very lucky. Liquid nitrogen is generally bliss. And, what surprised me, there were no bruises after cleaning, nothing. A perfectly clean face. The only thing I would like to draw the attention of the branch's management to (I can't get past this) is that the professionals of your institution should not work in such poor conditions. After all, cosmetology is a branch of a medical institution that has a department. The steamer is broken, there is no plumbing, it feels like everything was 20 years ago, and nothing has changed. Please appreciate your doctors, staff, and, not to mention the visitors — in such terrible conditions, people should neither work nor be served. And your doctors are really from God!!! Oksana Dmitrievna is just a delight! I hope that my review will somehow inspire managers to pay attention to the conditions for the provision of such services and make repairs at the Moskovsky branch in the near future.

It's a disgusting place. If you want to save your nerves and your health, don't go there! Once again, I was convinced that the quality of care in government institutions is no good. They drive you to a bunch of tests that cost 90 rubles each, but there's no point. Tests from other clinics are not accepted and are forced to take them again. Communication in the 14th doctor's office is haughty, I won't come back for anything. I didn't get any answers to my questions or help. But I was lucky enough to go to a paid institution on the same day, where I was properly diagnosed in one appointment, and even more, they calmly answered all my questions, gave recommendations and reassured me.

Clean, tidy, not contagious... The doctor's message: "Take off your clothes, but don't come near me.".. Excuse me, why are you going to work in a place where you need to communicate with people with skin diseases and from different walks of life? Coughed (it doesn't hurt, just to clear your throat) - close your mouth when you cough. As a doctor, don't you want to wear a mask if you're afraid of infection? You need to work in a spacesuit, no other way.
