I personally had great experience at this location last week. Even with all business with tons of clients needs for internal and external passports and other registrations matters, this location did incredible job to accommodate me with my passport in a short period of time. Just on registration area young gals were little bit distressed and in few times we were their , did not give us correct and proper answers , but by asking them several times we eventually gor there. Huge shut out for extra mile worker in Window #9 downstairs, she was extra attentive, thorough , helpful and understanding of our needs, as well the most important to Lady Boss upstairs Alla , huge thank you and appreciation for understanding our needs and times frame. I highly recommend this Location for any documents and passport needs . Thank you very much again.

Комфортная атмосфера,чисто, очень удобные посадочные места для посетителей. Вежливые и оперативные сотрудники. Всегда есть где припарковать машину. Вот так постарался кратко описать, все таки гос учреждение тут все емко и по делу.

Хороший МФЦ, персонал вежливый, работают слаженно, обслуживают быстро, профессионально. Далековато от метро, но автобусная рядом. Жаль не сделали флагманским центром в новых ТЦ около м. Кузьминки!
