Very well organized buracracy, but a buracracy still . Somehow it became a place to visit for a foreigner who wants to open a bank account for the duration of the stay. It's definitely a big headache. There're too many things to accomplish before going to the bank and even at the bank not to many people know what to suggest and how to navigate the process. Otherwise the place of government business has very modern appearance, well organized and has a great IT team.

I wish there was a review for the immigration department within this facility because,there are two agencies within the same building. The immigration department within it on the second floor cabinet 46 and 47 precisely leave one speechless in frustration. They don't observe the tally numbers issued at the ground floor . They give excuses for their bureaucratic ineptitude saying they're understaffed,documents delayed for months ,while those that have the "proper connections" are granted their document at record speeds! It's simply disgusting to see such treatment. Edit: some admin came to comment about my reviews..if you read it properly ,I mentioned the immigration department not the moi dokumenti. Specifying the department I had grievances against. Pls if you're going to comment about my complaint be sure to know exactly whom my complaint is against! I got my documents yesterday after 72 days. Don't gloss over the inadequacies of any agency ,deal with the issues raised for better service delivery! If you don't like negative reviews , perform better ,but more importantly READ THE REVIEW TO UNDERSTAND WHOM IT'S DIRECTED AT..

Сам МФЦ нормальный, два этажа, есть лифт. На ресепшн всегда очередь,, тесновато, но вежливые сотрудники. А вот к решению моего вопроса отнеслись очень халатно. Нужно было снять умершего человека с регистрационного учёта, что по регламенту должно занять один рабочий день, но так как сотрудник не посчитал нужным заверить свидетельство о смерти, процедура снятия не двигалась с места. Спустя три недели я приехала, чтобы выяснить причину задержки. Специалист сослалась на вину ОМВД, но так как в данный момент ОМВД не занимается подобными вопросами, мне предложили приехать в другой день. Когда я в третий раз, уже по записи, приехала в этот МФЦ, наконец то сотрудник ОМВД выяснил, что вина специалистов МФЦ, было обещано закрыть мой вопрос в течение дня. В итоге потрачен месяц на процедуру, которая делается один день, ездила туда три раза, чтобы добиться результата, хотя живу в другом районе Москвы.
