I wish there was a review for the immigration department within this facility because,there are two agencies within the same building. The immigration department within it on the second floor cabinet 46 and 47 precisely leave one speechless in frustration. They don't observe the tally numbers issued at the ground floor . They give excuses for their bureaucratic ineptitude saying they're understaffed,documents delayed for months ,while those that have the "proper connections" are granted their document at record speeds! It's simply disgusting to see such treatment.
Edit: some admin came to comment about my reviews..if you read it properly ,I mentioned the immigration department not the moi dokumenti. Specifying the department I had grievances against. Pls if you're going to comment about my complaint be sure to know exactly whom my complaint is against! I got my documents yesterday after 72 days. Don't gloss over the inadequacies of any agency ,deal with the issues raised for better service delivery! If you don't like negative reviews , perform better ,but more importantly READ THE REVIEW TO UNDERSTAND WHOM IT'S DIRECTED AT..

Две звезды за работников ресепшена, очень приятно всегда с ними взаимодействовать, подскажут по любому вопросу максимально подробно. Впечатление испортила уже два раза одна и та же невольная женщина, которая работает в 1 кабинете. Максимально хамское отношение, начиная от входа, заканчивая тем, что в кабинете чувствуешь себя отвратительно, когда из твоих рук не хотят брать документы, как будто ты тут с какими-то грязными руками стоишь или к чему это- не понятно. Я подумала «ну может правила такие, необходимо открыть паспорт и показать», но когда я его открыла и положила, мне было сказано «у меня у самой есть руки его открыть». Если вы хотите портить каждый раз настроение людям, то может вам не стоит работать с людьми?

В красивом историческом месте, рядом красивые старинные здания, внутри все по уму, очень функционально сделано, ресепшн, специалисты по двое быстро поясняют стоящим в очереди, куда надо идти, что делать. Спасибо !
