Hello.
Our beloved budgie has died. This review is not meant as reproaches and accusations. You can't bring him back. Moreover, we have a long history of relations with your clinic, positive relations, you helped us a lot with other animals, for which we are very grateful to you. But I have questions about the treatment process of our parrot that remain unanswered, no matter how hard I try to find an argument. The attending physician was Anton Olegovich. He prescribed antibiotic injections for 7 days. Almost immediately after the start of treatment, the bird's condition began to deteriorate sharply, despite the fact that he was already very weakened. After 5 days, we stopped injections, the parrot refused food and water altogether, lost a lot of weight, stopped chirping altogether, even when it was picked up, etc. On repeated admission, Anton Olegovich said that the parrot was immune to this particular antibiotic and prescribed another one. A day later, Charlik died… And now my questions. Why was not a WORD said by the doctor about protecting the liver during antibiotic treatment, why was there not a single mention of the possibility of medicinal hepatitis and cirrhosis from an antibiotic, why was the deterioration of the bird's condition after taking antibiotics explained by the doctor solely by immunity to an antibiotic, but not by a ruined liver, why with an absolutely reasonable and very likely possibility of critical liver damage from antibiotics without protection, is a new antibiotic being prescribed...? These are all unanswered questions that torment me. The entire Internet on specialized forums is full of tips to use carsil to protect the liver, I blame myself for forgetting, ignoring this question, while a highly qualified doctor does not say a word about it… Prescribes only nystatin, but it's only for candidiasis. HOW CAN THIS BE UNDERSTOOD? I'm sorry if I offended you, but understand us, IT's VERY bitter and insulting, hands are falling from powerlessness and inability to fix something. And I really don't want anyone else to get into a similar situation. And often simple words of forgiveness are much more valuable than any, even outwardly quite plausible argument.…

We are the owners of many different animals. And we tried a lot of vet clinics and chose this one. There were cats, bats, agama, birds in the clinic. Everyone was given the necessary help, carried out the necessary diagnostics, and paid maximum attention. Very pleasant and qualified staff. Special thanks to Anton Olegovich, our attending physician.

For the first time in 12 years, we decided to get a cat and we got an incredibly problematic cat. There were few problems with digestion and ear mites, so he began to have breathing problems. Our moustache got to Anton Olegovich when he couldn't breathe through his nose at all. It turned out that the cat has polyps and needs to be operated on. We were very worried about how the cat would undergo anesthesia, but everything went well. Now our pet is breathing on his own and can finally play enough. Thanks to Anton Olegovich and the clinic staff.
