I would like to express special recognition for the help of my elderly mother: she was assigned to the polyclinic, despite the fact that she came from another city, and they arranged for O.I. Ptichkin's surgeon to visit her home. I'm registered with an endocrinologist, I can't get through to the doctor's office to undergo another examination, I passed blood tests as usual and I can't get an appointment with an endocrinologist, they don't give me a coupon, only through terareva. A question? Why would I go to a therapist? to waste the therapist's time and time when it is necessary to occupy him with a person who needs this specialist. Everyone in the call center is rude and on the phone in the same place. The fluorography response also cannot be voiced over the phone when it is handed out there at the reception. In stoiatology, they work on " fuck off " talking about free admission , and they also look at you with displeasure, as a person who is unable to pay. We pay taxes for medicine! And a positive review about the specialist in the examination room, very intelligent and attentive! I really want the head of the polyclinic to review the work policy in this institution and simplify the lives of patients and employees!

One of the advantages: the call center, as a rule, does not take long to get through to the clinic. 5 windows and an electronic queue at the reception (the last time I was there, it didn't work, but I hope it will be fixed). I didn't notice a shortage of specialists. Yes, there are queues, yes, sometimes you take a ticket a couple of weeks before admission, but this is a common situation for a state polyclinic. But there is no collapse, all issues are being resolved, the doctors are quite friendly (as far as possible in a state polyclinic). Don't get sick! But if you suddenly get sick, come here))

My throat and nose are terribly stuffy, I'm coughing, and I can barely speak. The temperature was below 39 all weekend. They say : "there is no reason, we will not give you without temperature, go work, we work like this ourselves." Take a walk, come back when the temperature starts to rise." Is this even adequate?!

I REALLY liked this clinic, compared to the 12th city one. The first thing that is SOOO impressive is the reception with an electronic queue and CHAIRS for patients. Secondly, there are almost no queues, especially for blood tests. VERY comfortable seats for patients in the corridors.
