Small selection of agricultural products, very high prices. Most sellers try to deceive you by trying to sell expired or low-quality products (passing off thawed fish as fresh, old beef as normal), herbs and vegetables in terrible condition with mold in places, but they sell it. This is only a small part. Therefore, three stars is an advance payment.

Convenient and compact location of shopping malls. The product range is sufficient. Prices are lower than in the markets in the Sovetsky and Novobelitsky districts. Various industrial goods stores are located around the market. Shopping malls are especially attractive. There is a good fish shop in the vicinity.
