A majestic unique church with a unique history! It was one of the few monasteries of the Cistercian order. The exterior and interior have been undergoing restoration for over 10 years. Be sure to see a copy of the Miraculous icon of the Vistych Mother of God inside the temple. For more than 10 years I have been studying the history of my native land and I do not stop discovering new amazing facts about Vistula!

The stone church was built at the Cistercian monastery (founded in 1678, abolished in 1832) after a fire in 1748. In 1866, it was rededicated to the Orthodox Church of the Holy Cross. Unfortunately, it can be seen that during the restoration process, many decorative elements of the main facade of the building were ruthlessly plastered over.
