I've always doubted this store. And for good reason. We decided to buy a Sigma phone from them, we bought it. In Odessa, on Ekaterinenskaya 14. The real cheap Chinese fake. The speaker is bad, the network catches every other time. In general, I did not like it - they returned it. When buying, they were paid with a card. When returning, the same card is used, the money must be returned to it within five working days. The request for a refund was made on August 11, 2016. Today is September 14, 2016 - there is still no money!!! In the store, they feed me breakfast and accuse me of not going to meet them, and I don't want to return them the receipt (slip) of the terminal for a refund. (This is just the limit of arrogance and fraud!!! A real dilutionist!) And the store administrator, in a dissatisfied voice, says that the month of August has already been closed for them (and how could they close it if the money was never returned to me!?!?!?), and now because of me, they, the poor, unhappy ones, will have to pick up the documents and check everything again. The rudeness and arrogance of the administration is simply off the scale! They promised that the money would be returned within 5 days, we were counting on this money, 34 days have passed - but they are not there!!! In general, I am furious! If my money is not returned to me within 2-3 days, I will contact the Consumer Protection Service, the Prosecutor's Office and further authorities. Tired of these "breakfasts", rudeness and fraud!
