One of the notable aspects of Tsum is its frequent availability of discontinued items, often at significant discounts. I was fortunate to purchase a new washing machine at a great price and even benefited from free delivery, which was a delightful bonus.
The staff at Tsum are incredibly helpful and accommodating. Despite the language barrier, they went out of their way to assist me by using translation tools, making my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. A big thank you to Belarus for offering such a fantastic shopping venue with excellent customer service!

The mall is just great! There is a large, huge selection of everything, everything is well located, navigation is everywhere, goods for every taste and purse, Not only Belarusian Manufacturers. It is located two steps from the metro, which is also very convenient. For example, I buy towels from a Manufacturer that is rarely found anywhere else. I recently visited the TSUM store in Minsk and was completely delighted! A wide range of products, from clothing to accessories, pleasantly surprised. I was especially pleased with the quality of the products and the presence of well-known brands.

My favorite department store of all in Minsk.
Spacious, bright, modern.
A good range of products. You can have a delicious inexpensive lunch on the 2nd floor in the dining room. But! The trading floors are very stuffy and hot. It is impossible to stand in outerwear for a long time and calmly choose a product. I suggest making lockers for temporary storage of clothes or things.

A unique trading platform with a special aura, once characteristic of flagship stores of the long-gone Soviet era, but with the current capitalist abundance of goods, which together creates a unique and now not found anywhere else except in this place, a FEELING. Just for the sake of this feeling, you can come here again and again. There is no space for modern shopping malls with their versatility, a large number of small shops of all kinds of fashionable and not-so-trendy brands, with their restaurants and cafes and other oddities. It's a little stuffy and a little cramped here, but everything that is produced by a domestic (and not only) manufacturer is here. It's ALL located on several floors in a variety of rows, among which, it seems, you can wander endlessly. That's all, you can look, feel, smell, try on, put it back, leave, think, come back, change your mind again and again "in a circle". Here the saleswomen will tell you when and for which of these there will be discounts. Here you can "lose" your wife for two hours, and if necessary, if you are tired of being alone or miss her, find her on the fifth floor in the fabric department among the same "losers". Somehow everything is different here. It's as if one foot is in the present and the other is a little bit in the past. In a good past. In a good way.

A small disadvantage is that clothes and underwear hang very tightly, it is difficult to choose.

The central department Store is the heart of the city, preserving the memory of several generations. I always enjoy coming here, because you can find almost everything here – from groceries to clothes, for any age and budget. The assortment is really impressive, although the prices for some Belarusian goods, admittedly, are sometimes shocking. I visit mainly the children's department. Sooooo much of everything! This is a fattening plus.
I rarely find anything for myself in women's, if only underwear, there are Belarusian manufacturers there, not very well-known, so they are cheaper than the promoted ones, but the quality can be found good. Decorative cosmetics are not enough.
The upper floor (everything for the house) does not attract me personally at all - what I need is a very meager assortment.
The strange distribution of escalators is annoying.
I get confused in navigating the first floor, where there are shopping islands; they tried to do it beautifully, but it turned out to be chaos, it seems to me.
There are good discounts, you can really take a lot of things cheaper.
There are gift cards. However, the last time I bought them a long time ago (then they took a very long time to make out, I hope it's faster now).
The grocery store is small, there is a department with gastronomy - it is convenient to have a snack if you do not have time to sit in a cafe.
