On August 8, we decided to visit a cafe on the roof. We sat for 15-20 minutes - no one came up to us. To the question to the officer serving the next table:"How long do we have to sit?" A girl came in without a uniform. When the order was made, we were "delighted" that we had to wait at least 1 hour. Although there were a lot of empty tables. We got up and left. At the exit, the company of tourists was outraged about the terrible service and the unreasonably high cost for such a service. The administration needs to think about the quality of service and staff selection. ☹️👎

The perfect location of the hotel! All the most interesting things are within walking distance: the castle, the pedestrian street, the Neman, the theater. It's nice to sit on the square in the evening: there are many outdoor cafes. Delicious barbecue. The hotel has a very decent breakfast. In some rooms, the outlet is very inconveniently located, you can ask for an extension cord. Thanks to the girls at the reception. Especially Anna.

Невялікі выбар. Трэба было купіць дзіцячую цішотку. На чацьвёртым паверсе паказалі толькі беларускія дзяржаўныя, але побач былі прыгожыя і якасныя. У выніку спачатку набылі трошкі крынжовую і прадаўцы ня вельмі былі радыя звароту. Прыйшлося забраць крынжовую таксама. Нядорага, але і непрыгожа. Не вельмі раю.

They were raised only to specific organizations: A Large Buffet (an unreasonably expensive place from the point of view of food, with a beautiful view and very good events).
For families with children, it will be difficult to entertain a child, there are no special places for this.
There is only one elevator and a staircase to climb to the observation deck. I go up the stairs myself, but when I look at the kilometer-long queue for the elevator, I feel uneasy.
Of the advantages: convenient location, cleanliness and neatness, you can find what you need, but nothing out of the ordinary.
