How do I determine where the city center is located? Either look for the zero kilometer, or the TSUM.
Usually, in TSUms it is expensive, rich, chic choice and interior, but in Kokshetau this is not the case. A pile of nooks and crannies, incomprehensible departments, just like in the market, exactly.

TSUM is one of the old shopping centers of Kokshetau. It is located in the city center. Two floors. We always buy clothes for children and teenagers here.

A unique project! But there is no respect for the client. Plumbing is something! The wardrobe is gone. There are few interesting places. A nice dining room.
