Terrible service. Due to the fault of the employees of this company, our vacation in Greece was ruined. As compensation for the lost day of rest, we were offered unacceptable options. I would strongly advise clients not to apply here for tours - you risk ruining your vacation and then seeking justice for a long time.
Compensation for physical and moral suffering (spending the whole day indoors on a hot day instead of relaxing on the beach) to this company is absurd and unacceptable, as was pointed out to the representative of the travel agency.
Potential customers! Avoid this office and contact normal travel organizations!

I contacted the travel agency. they offered rest options. but in connection with the covid-19 pandemic. There is a pause with the tours of the day in Belarus. I hope to visit places in Belarus from Tsvet travel.I read the reviews. I've read positive reviews. I will plan to visit tours from Tsvet travel.
