I have been buying tickets in the app for almost 10 years and today I am faced with the following situation:
The airline canceled the flight and refunded the funds, but OneTwoTrip charges its own "service fee", which I pay, despite the fact that (once again, pay attention) the flight was canceled not on my initiative! As it turned out, this is spelled out in the user agreement, as well as many other very dubious things. With such a user agreement, there is a direct road to court! I would really like justice and, hopefully, one day it will overtake this company. At least it would be fair to charge this fee from the airline in case of flight cancellation by them, and not from customers! Apparently, they thought in the wrong place when they wrote this agreement. And if so, it means that the decision-maker is either poorly acquainted with the content, or a person deprived of a sense of justice.
I will not buy tickets through the app anymore in principle, and I will also recommend other services to others.

It 's the worst I 've ever seen .They do not respond to letters , I decided to cancel the flight with the airline , a week later they only deigned to send an answer .I will no longer take tickets through them and I do not advise others.

Никому не рекомендую связываться с этой компанией. Эта компания не то что мне не помогла в трудный момент, она ещё и не выходила на связь, когда поддержка была нужна как никогда!
Все очень просто: пока у вас все хорошо - они всегда рядом…и смсочку пришлют и попросят написать отзыв. А вот теперь держите честный отзыв!
Мы летели Москва->Дубай(пересадка)->Шри-Ланка. На пересадке вышли в город, но не учли разницу во времени 1 час и опоздали на самолёт. Авиакомпания сказала «разбирайтесь у кого брали билеты, так как у вас уже и обратные билеты на брони пусть они что-то решают»
И тут началось самое интересное. OneTwoTrip не выходили на связь. Везде отвечают боты, с оператором не соединиться. Удалось дозвониться девочке из России, она висела на трубке около 30 минут. Хотя время было всего 20:00. В итоге компания ничем не помогла, никакой поддержки, всем плевать. На связь не выходят, решить ничего не могут.
Я путешествую самолетами уже около 8 лет и это первый случай, когда я опоздал на самолёт. Просто из-за пандемии два года не летал и потерял сноровку. Пока у вас все хорошо: успеваете вовремя, все Окей.
Но как только что-то пошло не так - OneTwoTrip- ничем вам не поможет. Эта компания у которой я больше никогда в жизни не возьму билеты!
