I made a corporate internet application to Türk Telekom on October 24, 2025. We were given an appointment three times, each time we were told “we will come today” and no one came. I have experienced loss of labor and financial damage for days, and still the installation has not been completed. I have created a complaint log, I have called dozens of times, but there are no results. It is really sad that such a big institution as Türk Telekom is so uninterested and uncoordinated. I definitely do not recommend this service approach that victimizes the corporate customer and does not fulfill the commitments it promises.
