I strongly do not recommend Turon Telecom. In my five months of experience with this company, I have encountered complete unprofessionalism and deception. We installed the router, assuring that it is the best equipment on the market. Today they came and said that this router is of poor quality and needs to be replaced with a new one. This is clear evidence of their incompetence and inconsistency in customer service.

A terrible office, I do not advise you to connect this provider.I will write some reasons why. 1. Incompetent illiterate operators who know nothing except the prices of tariffs and accordingly will not help you in any way. 2. The Internet itself is very weak and does not pass its speed tests. 3. Failures occur very often, so if you still connected this provider, get ready that your Internet can be turned off at 3 p.m. and at 12 p.m. 4. You will wait for a wizard who is alone in the whole city for more than a day, there will be no operational work on your Internet failure.

I live right next to the Turon office. The connection is terrible - 1.5 MB instead of the 50 stated in the tariff. Last week there was no Internet for 5 days. Terrible provider.

I used to set a tariff of 10 MB/sec And On the phone it showed a maximum of 1 MB/sec I thought the tariff was bad, I changed the tariff the same story, but a little better in a place of 30 MB/sec I get 1-2 mb/sec and then if I'm lucky!!! A week ago, the operator called and said that there was a problem in the system or something like that They said they would finish the repair on the same day Do you think anything has changed? No, it's just a bad Internet 1-2 MB/sec Instead of the promised 100 MB/sec, you get 50-55 MB/sec killed at night
