We installed the ceiling in the kitchen of 6 m2 for 3 days. They got into the wiring, where it was obvious that the wires were coming out there. But they themselves did not find the place where the wiring is damaged, i.e. people work with electricity (light fixtures) and do not even understand a bit about it. My husband found it in 10 minutes. They walk around the apartment in shoes (although there is a small child in the apartment), while they go outside every 20 minutes and sit under the entrance for 30 minutes, they can just leave without saying anything for a couple of hours and had to sit and wait (no one answers the calls, and they took an advance payment of 80%). They work very dirty, they sawed and sparks and dust flew directly onto children's toys. An hour later, as the ceiling was installed and the "specialists" left, one lamp stopped working, the husband was removed, and there were just bare wires! Plus, we saw that one corner was not sealed at all (it was hidden behind the kitchen and until you get higher, it was not visible), we asked you to come and finish the work, we have been waiting for more than two weeks.

They had to stretch the ceilings throughout the apartment, the deadline for finishing the work was 27.09 , today is 17.11, almost two months have passed, the ceiling is stretched in one room out of 4.
We call 20 times a day - they ignore us, we write on Instagram - they ignore us. During this time, they were fed breakfast, they said that they would arrive tomorrow, as a result, they did not come.
THE PREPAYMENT WAS MADE IN THE AMOUNT OF 40%.
It is not clear what they are already tired of waiting for, so they began to prepare documents for filing in court.

They take an advance payment and then feed them breakfast, that they will arrive, that the car broke down, that he got sick, and so on. Then they ignore it altogether! Take care of your nerves and money, or better yet, contact trusted people and professionals in your field!
