This Thierry has wonderful staff, beautiful interior, delicious bread, baguette, croissants with fish. That's where the advantages end. There are no cakes, the taste is not interesting, I tried the whole menu. Sometimes eclairs and milfey cake are made more or less worthily. Mousse cakes and pastries only look beautiful, taste like slag, it's better not to make them at all or send staff for training. In other cafes, mousse products are much tastier. Not only is there no question of a price-quality ratio, but in principle there is no question of quality here.

It seems that this is not allowed by law. I knocked, some guy opened it and said that they no longer serve, that it takes 8 minutes for one order and they won't serve me anymore…I don't think it would have taken more than 2 minutes to punch the check and give me a salad to take away.

Thierry on Mile Street in Novaya Borovaya. Very tasty desserts and very poor service. You stop by for a cup of coffee or tea with a pie, you stand in line for 10 minutes and when your turn comes at 21-05, they tell you - and an hour before closing, we serve only takeaway. It's like you didn't come in for 15-20 minutes, but you want to make an order of 3 full-fledged dishes and stay for 40 minutes. The girl at the checkout with such long nails, which clearly prevent her from serving customers quickly (I don't know what the sanitary services think about this). I have not seen such an approach to clients in Minsk yet.

The bakery is located in the house where I live and I visit it almost every day.
The food and pastries are delicious, but the service is 0.
1. They serve with such faces as if they are doing a favor.
2. When the queue has gathered from 4 people, then if 3 employees are at the counter, one cash register is working. When you take food before work, there is no way to stand for 7 minutes to get your croissant
3. Yesterday's lonely cake is on display, and you see how new ones are being prepared for display - get yesterday's (March 7, 9:40) I asked Anastasia, who exhibits these cakes, not guessing about its freshness.
4. Judging by the fact that I often see new faces at the checkout, I can assume that there is a baptism of fire of new employees, which means that the service is very slow.
Since there is nothing closer to home, I have to go here (

The worst service in the whole New Borovaya. We came to breakfast with a child, we ask if there are high chairs, they say no. We go around the corner - there is a high chair. They justified themselves by saying that they have been working recently. When we arrived, there were few people, but almost all the empty tables were not cleaned (I will add a photo). We had breakfast for about 20-30 minutes, but the tables were still not cleared. Well, about the very slow service (despite the fact that there are 3+ people on shift) with dissatisfied faces, they have already written here many times.

I came to this institution on my birthday and was very sorry, all Thierry Cafes are famous in Minsk for the quality of both service and food , they served dry , weathered Danish , but the crown is service , upon request to provide a plate to the child, I was refused, plastic forks were given , upon request , but we want to eat in the hall,they gave out everything in boxes . Honestly, I am very disappointed with both the girl's attitude and her tone . Below the photo, I hope the management will have a conversation with the staff. Is this a Coffee Shop service of this level? Is there any out of the box? Moreover, there were clean plates in piles , I understand , if it were not , this attitude would be very unpleasant. This is the first time I've come across this . The tables are dirty, there are crumbs on the sofas, the floor near some tables is strewn with crumbs, I walked around the hall 2 times to choose a cleaner table. Moreover, there were few visitors and maintaining cleanliness was not such a problem .I have now read the reviews of other visitors, I see that many are dissatisfied with the service, I concluded that I was with my family in this particular cafe for the first and last time !!! But this does not apply to other Thierry establishments, I am happy to visit the establishment in Dana Mall, on Nemiga, everything is always clean and the staff is polite.

The service is getting worse every day. Today I took soup, apparently there was not enough for 3, they dragged their time with incomprehensible actions. I asked to take it with me, they didn't offer a package, but gave me 3 soups just like that. When asked where the bread is, I received the answer that not everyone takes it. So is it weak to ask? As a result, one soup is full, one is 70 percent, the second is less than half. We put 4 pieces of bread on 3 soups. In general, not a foot more. It's bad!

We constantly go to this place with a girl, today we faced the following unpleasant moment: after making an order, I politely asked to mark a croissant because it was aesthetically ugly, but that I received a boorish answer from my colleague Polina: "Man, we don't have to choose a croissant for you." Please, the management should check the attitude of employees towards customers, and explain to them that they are obliged to choose the product that the buyer wants both by law and in relation to the institution to the buyer... All three employees had extremely unhappy expressions on their faces and they worked on "how tired we are of you all." Please take action or recruit conscientious, friendly staff. Thanks!
