It's a wonderful place, a large and beautiful hall, lots of seats, and a very pleasant atmosphere in the establishment. All the staff is very nice and friendly, orders are always given quickly. The food is always delicious and fresh, from cakes to soups, it's impossible to leave without pastries or cakes, they really attract, especially at such pleasant prices) drinks are also on the level. In general, there are only pleasant thoughts about the institution.

After half an hour of waiting, I was informed that the omelet had been picked up by one of the other guests and in return was offered an omelet with ham and cheese, which no one had taken away.
There were a lot more questions for Rafe. It was impossible to drink, there was a thick foam on top, like cream for a cake. Having redone it, the problem remains the same!

I really liked the new bakery. It's very cozy and smells delicious. I especially liked croissants and desserts. They were very tasty and beautiful. The sellers were polite and helped me choose. I advise everyone to go to this bakery if you like delicious food and comfort.

Despite the rainy weather, my husband and I drove around the city today, did our important things and went to lunch. I was thinking of having a sandwich with coffee, but my husband suggested that I also have a French lunch (that's what it was called!). There was carrot soup in the complex (by the way, it was delicious!) coconut milk and Caesar salad (the disadvantage is that the cheese was not grated, but a plate, and instead of eggs it contained corn and sesame seeds). Edible, voluminous, and the chicken was not spared. But most of all, we enjoyed ciabbata with chia. It was part of the complex, and each one had as many as 4 pieces. As a result, the sandwiches went home untouched, because they simply wouldn't fit anymore. And we also bought a whole sausage home. Overall, we were very satisfied with the lunch, the service, and the atmosphere inside the cafe.

Minuses:
- I ordered a brezel and cappuccino on the spot. The pretzel was immediately placed on a tray, and the cappuccino was made in 9 minutes (having already served several customers standing behind me during this time). In the process, they tried to pour it into plastic (I stopped them halfway), as they supposedly finished the mugs. Then the mugs were found, but they tried to send me, who was waiting out of sight, to wait deeper into the hall.

At other points, Thierry is somehow working more smoothly.
Boris Alexandrovich (the one who is the most important), please pay attention to the quality of operational management. The right place was chosen, but human managers have every chance to ruin it.

About 6 cashiers at the counter - they do not immediately approach the cash register, they chat noisily among themselves, some items of dishes were dropped with a strong noise in front of me. Despite the fact that I was first in line, they began to take the order from the girl after me, and not from me. They did not respond to a comment on this issue. When I started making an order, the cashier was talking noisily at the same time with the girl at the counter without a uniform, which made it very difficult for me to make an order, so I did not continue to order and left.
About the pastry shop itself: it has recently opened, the assortment is large, the prices are good, there are a lot of places, there is a clean toilet, it is located next to the metro. Mostly noisy groups of students are sitting without orders.
This is a chain restaurant, so it's better to just go to any other, I advise danishi, puff pastry with raisins, three chocolates cake.

And every time I see a picture of the receptionist shouting, it's unflattering to speak about every girl who works with her on the shift and, especially, is looking for someone to blame. I would advise her to gain knowledge and get some qualifications, rather than yell at the girls like a Beluga, and all this happens not only in the presence of me alone, but I remind you - every time. There is absolutely no desire to walk when you see that the receptionist herself in a jacket does not observe even the minimum chain of command. I can give her a couple of lessons on service and hospitality)

It's a great place, a good assortment, a comfortable fit, a normal location, and DISGUSTING STAFF. The girls at the checkout sleep with everything, without denying it themselves, they are also proud of being stupid. They forgot to report the positions three times in one order, how is it!!!??? Such a horror and a complete lapel. If it were possible to put a zero, I would even put it at minus five, just because of the staff!

The cashier is a nice girl. When ordering baking, they give you a fork and a knife, which is not in all branches. A significant advantage of this branch is that there are coat hangers, which are not available in other Thierry coffee shops. But there are questions about coffee. The latte turned out to be more than half foam. I have been to other branches and there were no such problems. Apparently, they recruited inexperienced people who are not yet sufficiently trained.

The automatic door closer of one of the doors does not work, when people leave, the door is open and it is cold in the hall, the nearest table has to rise and close.
I tried the Christmas Tree pie - it was very sickly sweet and tasted like pills.

I bought 2 croissants and 2 Danish there, asked to pack them in a bag with nuts, arrived home, it turned out that there were 3 items in the package in the receipt 4.
