Borjomi is a small but very pleasant town in the central part of Georgia. For those who love peace and quiet away from the noise of big cities and at the same time with all the amenities of the civilized world - this is the perfect place! The mountain gorge is surrounded by greenery in spring and summer, it is everywhere. Fresh air and pleasant atmosphere of a small, cozy, resort town. In addition, a stormy river flows through the whole city, filling the surroundings with freshness. A light breeze and the sound of water perfectly relax, taking any of your anxiety and anxiety somewhere very far away. A picturesque place, somewhat similar to the suburb of Nalchik Dolinsk, but there are very few cars, however, as well as people) The city lives its own measured life. In a quiet, relaxed atmosphere, walking along the local streets, in a beautiful park, on the riverbank or sitting in a cafe enjoying delicious khachapuri, you do not notice how the days pass. It's not very hot at night, even without the air conditioner on, you sleep great. And of course the famous Borjomi spring with healing mineral water. By the way, it tastes different to me from bottled, but who likes it better. There are about a dozen hotels for accommodation, and the level depends on the size of your wallet. However, you can rent a private house with all amenities, as we did. There are also a lot of such proposals. In general, I liked everything, the week spent here was enough for complete relaxation and a set of new experiences.

It is necessary to make a paid entrance to parks in Moscow, too. We didn't go. I have seen the beauty of Georgia in other places. We were taken to the pool by a local guide in a jeep. At first, I asked for the standard price, the unreasonably high 150lari. For this money, they will bring me from Tbilisi, show Borjomi , then Vardzia and Rabat fortress, and even make a 30 GEL discount. (Tour with the band of course) As a result, the driver persuaded me, for 80 GEL. So be it, it was the only pleasant 10 minutes. Trips across a mountain river. Although you can drive yourself by car to the village of Sadgeri and walk.
If you come here, it's only on the way, for an overnight stay. We were also disappointed in the pool with sulfur water. Only in fact, I had to pay as much as 20 GEL for muddy water with floating garbage and a bunch of local teenagers who screamed, choked, jumped, in general, no sense of comfort. We were in July 2024.

A large park stretching into a beautiful forest. If you go further, you can reach the pools with sulfuric water (from the entrance to the park to the pools, a 30-40min walk).
The entrance to the park itself is GEL 5 (for children under 6 years old without a ticket). There is parking near the park, but usually it is all packed, so you can immediately look for a place on the road leading to the park :)
There are guides for a separate fee (they took it, they did not regret it, it is interesting).
There are a lot of children's attractions and a playground inside the park, but they are all closed in the cold season (they no longer worked in September, the security said it was closed until May). So the little kids will be bored there. But there are plenty of playgrounds outside the park, there is a place to walk.
