That's horrible
All the advantages end with the music.
The first thing we saw was a swarm of flies, midges and bees. The food is worse than the canteen level. There was almost no service, I had to run around and remind them that it was time to bring the dishes.

Instead of reacting to the claims of the guests, he is only rude, not wanting to take feedback in order to improve the service.
If you don't want to spoil your holiday, then you should look for a more pleasant place.

We rented a hall for the event for a large number of people, as director Tatyana Stanislavovna praised the cafe's cuisine, service, and most importantly, the musicians. The circus started from the very beginning of the event. The hall looked as if it had personally passed the Great Patriotic War, acting as a battlefield. Music is a separate and very difficult topic, because if you do not order musicians, then the good old tape recorder will play at your event.
Speaking of food, the volume of contents on the plate does not meet the stated criteria. And also, according to the hostess of the establishment, the food "will be with fervor, with heat," and as a result, the guests ate slightly warm dishes, the presentation of which left much to be desired.
About music: according to the instructions, again according to the director, the music should not play loudly after the set time, however, if you order musicians, then you can forget about the instructions, because "any whim for your money", and the money is considerable! Having ordered one musician, the director, to put it mildly, was dissatisfied, since we did not want to order the widely advertised singer of this cafe Tatiana, so she decided to annoy us for it. At the end of the musician's work time, the lights were simply turned on in the hall, the music was turned off, as "it does not comply with the instructions", which is why the guests simply sat in the hall in silence.
In simple terms: the evening is irrevocably ruined, the money is wasted, and the sediment will remain for a long time. I highly do not recommend the cafe "At the bull", if you do not want to spoil your evening and mood in general in advance!

We had a rest in this institution.We Were Celebrating A Birthday . The conditions were discussed with the administrator in advance.We were told that live music is played in the institution from 21.00 to 00.00 after which, live music can be extended for money)))And if not, then after the musicians leave, their music turns on and before closing, until 02:00, people spend time listening to the music that the bartender girl puts on.
And so...the musicians eventually sang for money"until half past one at night, then twisted the microphones and left.... the hostess of the institution had a conflict with people from the next hall (of the same institution) due to the fact that they had no live music or radio at all))))))After that, she decided to create a high atmosphere for us))))The lights were turned on in the room, all the music was turned off....and you can still sit there until 02:00, if anything!There were 25-30 more people sitting by the NS....And the neighbors also had a banquet...anniversary..In general, the rest
of the hour and a half we all sat like in a mess hall, in the light, without music, and listened to the dishwasher rattling with forks....The hostess of the establishment, she is the administrator, was holed up somewhere in a corner and did not go out to the angry guests)))))The aftertaste, I'll tell you, is not very much left....Choose your vacation spot carefully...the establishment does not match what is promised when booking a table....It can be compared with the dining room on Sovetskaya Street ...))))Although the cost of the menu-CAFE At the BULL is considered far from a cheap institution.
I regretted 100 times that I chose this place for my holiday...As they say, mark seven times ...))))But now there is something to compare it with.
