Be aware of their contact and read the agreement carefully… when you’ll try to cancel (terminate) it and stop using the service, you’ll have to pay huge extra fees. It looks like a fraud and scam… avoid them, especially broadband Internet agreement for your home wi-fi network.

I have lived in Armenia for a long time, and I haven’t seen a worse telecommunication company than this. They have zero coordination with each other. I wanted to purchase an item, I called 3 times, nobody could answer a simple question: DO YOU HAVE THIS ITEM OR NOT? I personally went to one of their offices, they checked and said they have the item, and it’s in their headquarters. I went there, THEY CHECKED AGAIN FOR 15 minutes only to find out the item DOESN’T WORK!

Fix your lavel up , stop ripping off people, why when i top up my tarrif I have to wait around 10min so it actives? turn off all my cellular etc? used to be 30sec 3years ago and every month you make it higher, if you do not stop doing this I will make sure to amke a really nice program discussing this issue. Stop that
