I've been studying at school for a month now. I chose individual online classes, the teacher is pleasant and it is convenient that all the attention in the lesson is paid only to me, which, in my opinion, gives more results than group classes. I chose a language school for myself for a long time, reviewed a huge number of different schools, but decided to stop at this one and never regretted it. I have been studying here for a year now and I will continue my studies.
At first I was a little hesitant, but I decided to take the opportunity to attend a trial class. At the first stage, with the help of a test and communication with the manager, they determined my language level and selected a group suitable for the level. The atmosphere in the group was wonderful, everyone was sociable, funny and friendly. Teacher Anastasia immediately endeared herself, I really like her approach to learning, the program according to which we study, communication with the group, will always prompt, explain and help if there are difficulties somewhere.
I also want to note the convenience of the location of classrooms, and the classrooms themselves are equipped with everything for comfortable study.
During the year of classes at this school, my English language level has significantly improved, grammar gaps have been closed, my listening comprehension has improved, and thanks to the teacher and the atmosphere in the group, I overcame my embarrassment to speak English aloud!

An honest review of the ULC school. I came here to study in November 2023 at the A2 level (beginning), after 2 months I finish the B1 level. Now a little bit about the interaction with the school:
1) Very polite, unobtrusive managers. They offered to write a language level test right in the office. At that time, there was a native speaker in the office (Mac, I think) who tested my spoken English. Everything is cool and professional here.
2) At school, it is not possible to pay every time for one lesson or for one month and just leave. In general, this is logical, as it helps to avoid a huge turnover of students in groups, which is comfortable for those who came to actually pass and finish the level.
3) The payment terms were explained immediately. Either you pay the entire amount (textbooks and a discount are given for this), or in parts for several months in a row, or monthly in installments. In fact, the installment payment goes through the bank, so if you do not want to contact it, it is better to pay in installments. It didn't matter to me, so I took an installment plan. For a subscription for 12 months a month, it turned out to pay about 140 rubles (I studied online).
4) About the termination. If you have an installment plan, it is not profitable to terminate it. It's understandable: if you take the phone in installments, you can't come to the store and return it. It's the same here, with the training service. If you are not sure, it is better to take smaller subscriptions - for 6 months or less.
5) They offer different training options. Online, offline, evening and weekend groups. You can wait for the start of a new group, you can go to an existing group. I decided to wait for the start of a new one, it took me about 2 weeks to wait, but it was not urgent for me.
6) I did not have such a need, but I was told that there is always an opportunity to change the group and the teacher if I want.
7) In general, the manager was always in touch, helped me transfer the passes to the end of the training when I needed to skip. The feeling of interaction is positive, it is clear that we tried to meet them halfway.
What can I say directly about the training:
1) Teachers. Different specialists, Daria and Oleg, led at different levels. Everyone's approach is a little different, but overall I liked both of them: they are very friendly and try to explain everything. Despite the online learning format, the organization of the courses was at a good level. You could always ask something in the general chat, a link to classes in Google Meet was sent in advance. Textbooks in online format were also thrown off.
2) The group was small, about 8 people. Throughout the training, people came and went, but not that often.
3) I liked the training program. It was boring sometimes, but it probably happens that way a lot. I was pleased with the large amount of conversational practice, the teachers always tried to interact with each student.
As for the inner feeling: the result of learning is definitely felt. But again, it also depends on you (do you study at home, do DZ, etc.). The impression of the school is positive (before that, I studied A1 from scratch at another school, there is something to compare it with). I hope my review will be useful to someone =)

I have always been attracted to the Asian culture and I wanted to start my study of foreign languages with Japanese, but there was no Japanese at this school and I changed my mind, I definitely wanted classes online, because there is no way to constantly travel to another city to learn the language. And looking at links from different sites, I came across this school from the languages provided to me, I was interested in Chinese, after the language I chose, they discussed all the details with me and chose a teacher. I have long dreamed of starting to learn Chinese, among many language schools, my choice fell on the Underground language school. I was selected a course and a teacher according to my preferences. I study individually, but there is a possibility of classes in a group, and there is also an opportunity to study online. I like the fact that you can study at a convenient time. And I also really like the classes themselves, I found a common language with the teacher very quickly, Lifey gives very interesting educational material, everything is very fun, that I don't even notice how quickly time flies by. And another important plus is that the classrooms are located in one of the most picturesque areas of Minsk, they are very easy to find. I don't like to write negative reviews, but it may be useful to someone. Very competent sellers and an established system. My son was tested. Alexander, the manager, was interviewed. Well done!! But only when selling. Next, to solve any issue is nerves. The answer to all attempts to call is "he is busy, he will contact you later." This has never happened before. Requests to respond in the messenger are reviewed and not answered. A message was left to the secretary with a request to contact the management - all to no avail. Even the request on the termination application to contact me (perhaps the management does not know the whole picture) was ignored. Such an attitude towards people.
With tricky stories "we will teach for free if your level does not rise to the next one" and "promotions" they achieve results. And then to the point. The most filled groups and classrooms (promised up to 12, actually about 8 people go, in fact 13 people went), constant cancellations (postponements) due to the lack of teachers, replacements for several times in a row. There were more cancellations in a quarter. What level of education can we talk about?
A separate quest with the return of the remainder. "You will write a statement, and we will contact you in 10 days." After 15 days, they did not contact and only after persistent messages, they returned the money after 25 days. Legally, the contract is drawn up correctly and only wasted nerves. (they didn't even provide a signature, but it was possible to get acquainted on the Internet, but they forgot to inform about it).
Thank God it's at the start! Do not believe verbal promises, pay for a month at most and you will understand for yourself. But maybe I was unlucky and a combination of circumstances? and the positive feedback is real too...

The disgusting attitude of the school towards its clients. You won't feel that way on your first visit. You will be treated well, everyone there is very polite, pleasant, but exactly until the moment you sign the contract. Next, your training is your problem.
And the fact is that you will be offered a contract that is extremely unprofitable for the client, because in case of termination, if the entire amount is paid, then nothing will be returned to you, and if you signed a partial payment agreement, you will pay the entire amount under the contract, also the cost.
Managers try to keep the client in this situation by all means, offering other forms of training, intimidating with large amounts of penalties.
In the contract for partial payment of courses, you will literally be given an installment plan, where exactly you will be the borrower, and the school will be the recipient of all the borrowed money. And it is you who will have to deal with the payments that will come every month, regardless of whether you have announced to the school that you want to stop classes or go.
This happened in my case, after expressing my intention to leave school for a third of my studies, I was asked to fill out an application, which was considered for 10 days. Immediately, the manager tried to dissuade, intimidating with numbers.
Next, I received an official response from the legal service, where they incorrectly calculated the amount, writing that they did not owe me anything, which I indicated to the manager. They redid my response to my application 2 more times, which took 2 weeks. Further, when I pointed out that I had paid for the month that the teacher was on vacation and we did not study, the school and its lawyers decided not to take this into account, ignoring me.
The situation dragged on for about a month, which I was pretty fed up with, besides, it was time to pay in installments for tuition, which I hadn't attended all this month.
I wrote a claim in which I indicated that I was ready to bear only the actual expenses incurred (classes attended and interest to the bank), which is an absolutely legitimate solution to the situation. In case of filing a claim, the legal service must consider it in 14 days, I received a response 21 days later, after I wrote an addendum to the claim and called a couple of times to remind them that they were violating the law by not giving me an answer.
The cherry on the cake was that the bank has not disappeared for all these 2 months and requires payment on schedule, otherwise the credit history will be ruined, which the school can only advise to continue paying.
After two months of hassle and consultations with lawyers, the school satisfied the claim and returned the money for the unvisited classes, however, not because they were client-oriented, but because they were afraid to go to court.
Whether to start studying at this school is your decision!

Good afternoon, I will leave a review about the school.
I started learning English from scratch (zero from the word at all).
They picked up a native speaker for me who also knows Russian well. We managed to learn and learn a lot in a short time!!! I boldly recommend it!

I think half of the reviews are fake. I'll explain why I think so. And this is purely my opinion. I came to them after watching an intrusive advertisement about their school. About discounts and promotions that are ONLY THIS MONTH! :))There are also ads on YouTube showing how fun and interesting classes are. Well, I think it's great! That's what you need. I will study with people who have the same level as me. On the first test, my level was determined as the average between A2 and B1. As I said earlier, I planned classes in the group. But the manager is obsessive! and not like some people here write that managers are gold (managers, like everywhere else :)) begins to offer individual classes. And for the entire course, about 2500. The only thing I don't remember was 2 months and like 6 months. But the fact is that I had to pay for the entire course at once. I.e., without knowing the teachers and how it would all happen, I had to pay the entire amount FOR the ONLINE LESSON at once. When I tried to clarify about offline groups. They began to explain to me that there were no seats, the audience was busy, the time was not right for me, etc. As I understand it, it's easier for them not to bother with renting a room. And hire teachers for online classes. Plus, this price does not include teaching materials (and I expected that at least there would be workbooks). Therefore, a fair question is: What is the money for?! Decide for yourself. Maybe it's really convenient for someone online. But I definitely don't, especially with a 100% prepayment.

I have been studying German at school for 2 months now. I can note that the level of teaching is high; there are both experienced specialists with long experience and novice young teachers. They are not inferior to each other in terms of professionalism. I can already see progress in my knowledge, the conversational barrier has begun to gradually go away.
The location of the school is very comfortable, the city center, next to the metro, which is convenient to get to from anywhere. Comfortable classrooms, clean restrooms, boilers with water on the floors: maximum conditions for a comfortable stay at school.
I would also like to mention the excellent work of the managers. The manager is always in touch with you, always ready to help you choose a schedule that is convenient for you, change the level of the group if you feel that you need to move to a higher/lower level.

I studied at this language school offline for 8 months. Having reached the A1 level, I graduated from A2. There are no complaints about the teacher. Managers do their job in good faith. The group was friendly. There are many promotions and profitable packages.
But there are still disadvantages: in groups of 12 people!!! After listening to the audio recording, a dog-cat chorus begins; when they reach the grammatical part, everyone reads the sentence along the chain and only this can take 20 minutes. In the group, people are clearly from different levels and the same stronger ones will speak.
If you really want to learn a language, look for mini-groups or individually.

The lessons are always very iterative, I get a huge dose of positivity for the rest of the week!! I study online because of my busy schedule and I don't see any disadvantages! The school is excellent, the guys at the start give extensive information, after which there are no questions left. They choose the time of classes individually and conveniently, and we got the best teacher, I think! Good luck to the school and more students!!!
