I decided to leave my review because I have never seen such a disgusting service.
The terrible managers of this language school amaze with their indifference. I finished the A2 block of the course and decided not to continue the classes, as they did not seem particularly effective to me. At the end of the block, we took a test. The result, I was told, will be sent in a week. I wrote several times, but they feed me breakfast, promise to contact the teacher and send the result the same day. As a result, I have been waiting for the results for almost a month and no one wants to do their job.
The impressions are not that bad, they are just terrible. Constant postponements of classes, and when some in the group fail to attend the lesson, they suggest simply watching the lessons on the record. Why should I pay for online classes with communication with a teacher and watch them on the record?!
I asked several times to send me all the lesson notes so that I could periodically review and refresh what I had forgotten. As a result, they threw me a couple of lessons, promising to throw off the rest later. I was reminded of this several times, but in the end I was told that the zoom was updated and all records were erased!
When I was asked when I would be able to pick up the certificate, they told me that it might be in a week, but they couldn't say for sure. The manager cannot say when they will be able to issue a piece of paper. And who should be more precise?
The reaction (or rather the lack thereof) of school leaders is striking. After so many years of work and the same complaints from customers, you can't bother to fix them...
I strongly recommend bypassing this school if you don't want to lose your time and money.

I like the way classes go, that at the end they ask what they have learned (even if it is difficult to answer, the focus is still aimed at summarizing and noticing the result, which is important). I like that there are a lot of tasks with audio and pronunciation of sounds - it helps to recognize English speech. I like that there is an emphasis on the conversation. Our teacher is cool and interesting as a person, and that's cool!!! I like that the class time is convenient for me (weekends). That homework is checked, control spurs / motivates.

They make an appointment at the office in order to find out which days it is convenient for you to go , and at what time . To do this, you need to come, park and walk with your child! We went into the office filled out a questionnaire , and we were asked on what days you would like to study , why it was impossible to find out by phone, why waste someone else's time, I think this office is useless , all the necessary information can be discussed over the phone and come to class , I spent 2 hours of my time. By the way, the ticket that is given for parking, when leaving, dial the code from the ticket , since the barrier will not open with the ticket , you need to take care in advance and approach the terminal . This is very inconvenient, especially when no one warns about it!
Service 1, I was very upset that someone else's time for this center and its superiors has no value!!!!!!!

I've been studying English for a month now. After a short online test, they were assigned to the group. There are no complaints, since everything was picked up perfectly. A good "live" learning program, not just a set of rules and words to memorize. The teacher explains everything in an accessible way and helps you figure it out. Of course, you need a desire and aspiration to study, without this, no teacher will help you) Classes are in the city center, there are bonuses for students, prices are at an average level. I will continue to study, as everything suits me!) If you are looking for an affordable (by price and location) language learning school, I recommend ULC.

As for teaching, my teacher is Anna Bizyuk, she is really good, loves her job and gives her best at 176%, presents the material competently and professionally, I really want to study with such a teacher. As for the administration of the courses, it does not care about the students. I understand that from April to August there was a surge in the pandemic, classes were suspended. But what's next? Oh, wake up, when will classes resume? I've already called many times, they feed me breakfast, they don't know when it will start. They say we will call you back, as a result, no one calls, you have to constantly call and ask when classes will resume in full? From 08.04.2020 to 05.07.2020, classes were canceled altogether. They offered classes online, but that's not it - I paid for classes in real life, I don't get online in any way. Since 07/06/2020, only one lesson per week has been resumed, and two have been paid for. When the missed classes from 08.04.2020 to 05.07.2020 will be worked out...There are 25 of them...until 2022? I signed a contract with an installment payment through a bank and have to go once a week - it's not much use. Course managers do not call and do not say when classes will resume, the attitude is not caring, as if in some kind of way, you have to knock out information. The administration is not interested in new customers. It's all negative reviews, and they don't care. Maybe the managers here will write some kind of clear answer - when will classes resume twice a week?

I can't say anything about the teachers, teaching methods and classrooms, but I can give a full review of the service and the work of the company's managers.
I ordered a callback on the website, about half an hour later a girl contacted me and we discussed all my wishes for training, I told her what criteria I had for choosing a school, a teacher and other wishes for the learning process.
The girl manager signed me up for testing in the office, discussed the time and agreed to meet the next day at 12:30.
I arrived at the office in advance, was there already at 12:20, the girl at the reception gave me a written test that I passed in a couple of minutes and began to wait for the next stage. It was only at 12:50 (i.e. almost half an hour later) that another manager girl came up to me and took me to her desk. The strangest thing is that all the time I was waiting in the lobby, I saw that this girl manager was free and there were no clients. After a couple of questions, the girl began to ask again the questions that we had already discussed with the first manager on the phone, i.e. I duplicated all the information once again, although the company uses a CRM system and could safely write down all the data and not force the client to spell out all the conditions every time. For some reason, I was offered group classes, although I initially talked about personal ones when I wanted to enroll Andy's teacher, who is listed on their website and has CELTA accreditation. But as it turned out, it no longer works for them and hangs on the site as a lure for customers. They don't have any more CELTA teachers, but they do have Andy, whose regalia they never told me about.
I don't see any point in describing it further, there were still a couple of unpleasant moments, but it was enough to make a decision that I don't want to go through these circles of hell any further. Even if they have excellent classes, teachers and techniques, there is a lot of rejection after communicating with the manager.

I've been studying here for a year, I have something to say. Overall, the opinion is positive. Small groups, the teacher manages to devote time to everyone. Especially when you come as a beginner, you want to absorb as much information as possible and here it is possible. The teacher knows how to sort everything out so that the kettle will understand. I was led by Maria Solovyova, very sweet and pleasant, she pulls up beginners very well.

On the one hand, a good language school, great teachers!! only on condition that you communicate with a native speaker.
BUT I wouldn't have come here if I knew what I was going to face: there were 15 people in the group for more than a month, they reacted only the third time. No one can solve anything. Expensive "books", or rather printouts, which are sold by the school. There are no breaks between levels, it's hard to practice continuously, but you don't want to lose the group either.

The teachers are great for the most part. But all the buns about omissions and that they are transferred are not true. At first they told me to warn the teacher, but in the end it turned out that I had to call the manager. As a result, the classes burned down.
I don't know about the fact that you can take the exam and go to the next level either. The certificate will not be given until you leave all classes on the level.

I recently thought that it would be good to raise my English level. Colleagues recommended ULC, the guarantee is plus the minimum level. I was immediately pleased with the flexibility of the approach in the educational process: online, offline, groups, individual + bonuses. I've never seen anything like this before! The cost also depends on the format of the chosen training, but is generally low.
The teacher gives you the opportunity to communicate and correct yourself, the correction is unobtrusive and very comfortable. In general, I got involved, I really like everything.

I do not recommend signing a contract with this organization, because even if you have worked out for a month and cannot continue, the contract for the entire course of study (6 months) is concluded, including with the bank (the school takes the entire amount on credit for 6 months). After termination, this organization simply washes its hands and does not return the money, and you pay the bank the amount for the remaining 5 months that you could not withdraw.

I want to note right away that I have no complaints about the teachers (except that three have changed in less than a full year).
But there are ENOUGH COMPLAINTS about the very organization of training on the part of ULC, namely, managers. To begin with, my training was interrupted several times during this covid year: classes are not recorded, certification data is not stored in the company, and they do not warn about changes in the training regime. Due to the coronavirus, I served only half of the one-year training course, after which the group disbanded. They did not offer a way out of the situation, they do not want to return the money for the unserved classes. We couldn't find an option with a training mode that was convenient for me.
The conclusion is that the teachers work well, but I strongly advise against contacting the school itself. I have been waiting for three weeks for the manager to answer me about the options for continuing my studies and everything is empty!!!

It's a great school, I like it. I started my studies recently, in September, but I have already formed an opinion. The program is excellent – even current events in the world are considered. The presentation of information is detailed and understandable, if you listen and try, then there are absolutely no problems with homework. An endearing teacher makes a really cool atmosphere in which it is comfortable to study.

absolutely tactless attitude of employees (keep in mind, if you / your child is shy and at the same time has / has a good level of language, you will be sent to study the very basics; you will not get through the first time, although there are plenty of employees ( managers); the contract is not so easy to terminate, because managers are taught differently-"we have there is a great offer for you!!"; no calls / mailings in case of any changes-you will find out everything yourself and not the fact that you will find out what is bothering you.) and a bunch of nuances to the school itself (changing the name without warning, although in the contract, it is written in one of the points; paid printed textbooks on a4 sheets, they can also sell textbooks without an additional disk, etc.) there are no questions for teachers, except for the usual patience and nerves.
vynik: look for better language courses and give 10p more than listening to these "we have a special offer now, you can pay this way and that" and just throw it.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL! Managers' disgusting relationships. There were enough situations in which classes were postponed without warning the teachers. After some waiting time, I had to contact the teacher personally. And the teacher himself was NOT AWARE OF EVERYTHING AT ALL. These issues should not be decided by me, but by the school. And in terms of organization and work with clients, the school is marked 0. Most of all, the cancellation of the 2nd lesson per week is heating up, as a result of which, instead of 1.5 years, I will have to teach for 2 or more years. Every month, after the school call, the answer is always the same: "WAIT, NEXT MONTH IT WILL BE 2, SOME GROUPS HAVE ALREADY BEEN INTRODUCED," so the question is, when will I introduce it to us?
After the next call, on 01.10.2020 at 13.15, as always, no answers to the questions were received. I wrote a statement to the director 3 weeks ago. When asked if they had given it to him, they had. But there was no response to the application, although she asked to be notified. There is only one answer to everything. Not in my area of expertise. They said they would contact the manager. Surprised me. In order for us to have a second lesson, we, the CLIENTS, must deal with these issues OURSELVES. Approach the teacher and ask for a second lesson if he can and wants to conduct it.

They are trying to persuade you to take a course for a longer period of time on the contract, after its conclusion, if you do not like something and go to terminate it, then the contract specifies how much you can return the money, it is usually either nothing, or about 15-20%, if I am not mistaken, if you have not completed more than 50% of classes
The teacher (maybe I was so lucky) turned out to be an arrogant, zero girl who didn't really come to work with you, doesn't really differ from a student who came to school or university to practice /work out and wants to quickly read the material and leave

The school is really good, I have heard so many positive things for a reason, at the moment my level is still far from ideal, but for me the main thing is that learning is not boring and there are results. I have carefully studied the offers for learning English online. Only the ULC manager was able to find the right option for me, they promise a guarantee, an increase in the level of English.
I have been studying for a little over two weeks in a mini group. The teacher gives a variety of tasks, taking into account my requests on topics, alternating grammar, with communication on topics that will be useful to me later in life and work.

Awful. Absolutely not a customer-oriented organization. I studied Polish for half a year. Money is never returned, even for classes canceled on the initiative of the organization itself and for which there was no working out (for example, during the New Year's ‘holidays’, during which the whole group could study, I still have not seen working out (it's already May)). The teacher was, to put it mildly, no one. In March, I paid for the WHOLE month, after which distance learning was introduced due to the virus. I can't study remotely, and all other options didn't suit me. Not a single class was held with me in March. They REFUSED to return the money to me. For a whole MONTH! And they didn't even explain the reason why, the questions are IGNORED. It's very funny that the organization decides for itself when the reason is weighty to return the money, and when it is not (of course, it will always be not weighty enough for them to return). In general, I do not advise anyone to deal with this company.

After a while, there was a desire to read and listen to videos in English, and in previous courses at another school there was no such desire. And the last important point of choosing an Underground school was the schedule of classes in the morning in the city center. Convenient!

My daughter needed to prepare for CT, and she was choosing between tutoring and courses. We decided to enroll in the courses because it is more comfortable for my daughter to study in a group. On the advice of friends, we went to the Underground school, to Maria's teacher. My daughter attended classes for six months, did not miss them, because she needed a lot of points, and said that it was really interesting to study. I passed by 93 points in the end, although I was 62 on the first rehearsal test before the courses. We are very pleased with the results!
