Well, it's just tin, the food is normal, but if you evaluate, then I'll make myself better at home! The tables are shabby, the dessert cheesecake was filled with jam to hide that it was burned! I was with my wife, we went in together, the waiter and the bartender didn't really care how they were on the phone! Semi-self-service of the mac level and the prices are too high!!! In general, if you choose between this and cooking at home, then it's better at home! And is it really difficult to put an unfortunate sugar bowl on every table, so as not to run behind the bar and drag it back and forth! After all, the waiter doesn't care that you want coffee with sugar!

The service in the restaurant leaves much to be desired, the waiting time for the dish is just a nightmare, such a simple dish as cheesecakes, croissant, English breakfast (eggs, sausages, tomato and bacon) for different people, are they prepared for an hour?? Do 3 cheesecakes cook for 1 hour??? Or do they fry eggs for 1 hour??? I do not understand what the reason is, if the cook has only one frying pan, then questions to the management why you did not give your employees everything they need for cooking. Let's also take into account that we were told the waiting time was 30 minutes, and when asked about the dish, that the waiting time had long since ended, we were told that it was still 7 minutes, after which no changes occurred. I would also like you to teach your employees how to behave in controversial situations and how to solve them, and not run away and hide in the kitchen for more than 10 minutes after our dissatisfaction.

I used to go to the surf all the time, I was happy with both the coffee and the interior. Now the place has a very strange layout: on the one hand, people are sitting on top of each other, and on the other — space and freedom. There are untidy, inappropriate items everywhere. Uncomfortably, Surf's decision was much neater.
About the coffee: very sad. The grain is dark, tempered any way. You don't drink espresso, but water from the gutter: no body, no flavor, just bitterness. It's the same with dairy drinks, only the milk has flaked. For such a price, we experienced frustration: in other envies, it tastes better for the same money.
Regarding the staff: it's better than a couple of years ago, when they just asked to leave the room if they didn't have time to order something within 10 minutes. :_) A year ago, we ran into a hookah rap all over the street (you can't hear the interlocutor, it's uncomfortable inside), the barista smokes right on the terrace by the open window.
Still, the expectations are to get something similar to surf, but in reality you get the diametrically opposite. I was upset once again. Sorry.

It's a beautiful place. Visited in May 2024. Awesome portion. The English breakfast was perfectly cooked. And a great cheesecake, a la casserole. The interior is very beautiful and the veranda is pleasant.
