Terrible store! There are female students sitting at the Queen's cash register with dirty hands and an untidy appearance . The service is disgusting, although the scale and territory allows the store to have a large flow of people, but because of the cashiers and sellers (with the feeling that you came to their house for a piece of bread), there is no desire to go there.

Hello! The guard with glasses exceeds his authority and is rude. Apparently, he gets bored and approaches the customers to make fun of them: wave his wand, which beeps on any hardware in the bag... then he forces me to unzip the bag and show the contents to find out what the same metallic beeps... and there may be a lot of metal in the bag... and it's annoying, especially when you're in a hurry, and they start to slow you down and tell you all sorts of nonsense like that their metal detector reacts to "extra things" from me... It's better to look into their cameras and not suspect everyone of dishonesty! Personally, I live by conscience and high moral standards, I never deceive anyone. Therefore, it is disgusting when you are treated like some kind of suspicious type... I trust and respect people who trust and treat me with respect. If everyone worked, were honest, conscientious, God-fearing and made their contribution to the development of our society, our society would become an example for everyone else, but unfortunately, some people allow themselves unacceptable rudeness in their behavior. I think that the buyer should always be right when he behaves with dignity and respect! There is no need to suspect people without having any reason to do so... it's just that after such a disrespectful attitude to customers, any desire to go to the store after work disappears, and there is simply no time to go from home to the supermarket... I sincerely hope that such cases will not happen again!

The supermarket is located in a residential area, huge in size, with convenient Parking and this is where the advantages end. Prices are space, a separate state with its own pricing policy. Just to wander around, like to kill time, if you happen to be in the area on your own business.

Regarding this store, I can tell you the following: the security of this store simply "stayed out too long." Point:I went into the trading floor, looked at the prices (something was fine, something was not - compared with other stores in general), did not buy anything - I began to go out through the cash registers behind the classes, the detector worked. I did not leave and stopped because I took nothing. The security staff, in my opinion, mistook kindness and decency for weakness - a few minutes later a man without a badge came up to me and asked if I had a Russian passport with me? I replied that yes, there is a passport, to which a person unknown to me demanded to show and hand over the passport to him.... Of course, I refused to do this categorically and asked to introduce myself, to which they briefly threw "Store security" at me, I said that they had no right to check my passport, to which they threatened me: "We'll call you now and you'll go." Having not found a common language with the guard, I asked to call the administrator or the senior (head) of the guard, and then another subject appeared without distinctive signs and even a squint in one eye, who did not introduce himself but immediately asked: "What?! " then he reached into my pocket with some kind of device. All this was happening in front of the queue at several cashiers of the store... I informed these subjects that at the moment they were exceeding their authority and

Somewhere in 2020, I actively bought there every day , everything was fine with the goods, but when every day a certain cashier began not to give 10-15 rubles in change and put the change in my hand and not on a saucer for change , she stopped going there at all I called the administrator more than once about the incident

Also, sometimes there are long queues at the ticket offices, because many of the ticket offices are not working.

Not fresh goods (loaves in bags with flies), etc. There is a lot of delay, expired products are unpacked and sold by weight, expired beer is drained and on tap. Unsanitary conditions!
