Good afternoon! Before the entrance campaign, I want to tell you a fascinating story related to my studies at this institution. I graduated from college and got my degree. I have something to say.. At the open day, the respected administration described in vivid terms all the advantages of training, that after graduation everyone will become highly sought-after specialists with a capital letter, they will work in leading companies of the Republic of Belarus. But reality doesn't match the word at all. Let's start from afar: I studied logistics in my first year, when there are no subjects in my specialty, there are absolutely no questions. The teachers give the course of the school curriculum in a concise form (because 2 years of school for 1 year) and then all the fun begins.... The logistics subject, which is directly used for the state FINAL EXAM, was taught by a teacher who had nothing to do with logistics. The teacher was a marketing specialist and had no idea what to teach us, just books from the library and copying terms into a notebook. The teacher's bribes are smooth, he was told to teach the course, and that's what he's doing.. But what level of professional knowledge can we even talk about here? BELKOPSOYUZ College - which, by definition, means that the college is focused on trade. They opened a newfangled direction, but they did not find specialists for teaching. A bunch of items that are related to trading. Why would I, as a LOGISTICIAN, take an exam on cash registers and commercial equipment, why would I practice in a run-down factory store? (we will return to the practice later). I repeat, there are a lot of subjects that are not related to logistics, and the level of demand for such subjects in exams is such that I'm going to stand at the checkout at the grocery store after receiving my diploma in logistics. But we have logistics taught by people who study this science with us in the process of providing us with information. Next, we have practice) It's a real treat.. The SUZ provides an option for obtaining an additional storekeeper's rank. We pack our things and go to the Zavodskoy ZRPT, to work for nothing for the benefit of the Belkopsoyuz. The practice consisted of staying on the counter and handing out meat products, cooking, replenishing counters, and cleaning the same counters from dried beets. I forgot to mention that in this practice, you may be asked to help cook for cooking in the kitchen: roast capelin, slice sausage leftovers for pizzas, clean rotten apples for pies with drawers. The guys from our group, who were in other stores, worked as mute guards for them for 6 hours so that the contingent visiting this store would not tolerate alcoholic beverages and other goods. And if something is taken out and an accounting discrepancy is found, they will try to pin the theft on you and if you do not pay through the cashier for what you allegedly "took out", they will threaten the police. If you fight back, the shortage disappears immediately and the money is not needed, there is enough of everything. Wonders. In a word, LOGISTICS. Added to all this is the bestial attitude of the store manager, as if she were a free slave. You will be a donkey from bell to bell, and for practice you will receive 6 points. If you raise the question on what basis, you will be politely told that "they came from college and asked you not to put it higher." They also had internships at the department store Belarus, in warehouses. What does this have to do with logistics is still a question, but at least everything was divine there. Pre-graduate internship (specializing in LOGISTICS!!) you have the right to go wherever you want and find a place for yourself. And if you don't find it (which often doesn't work out for everyone, half of our group got to where they were looking for themselves and where they wanted to go), then the college administration will cordially provide you with a free place in the same Factory or any other enterprise of the BELKOPSOYUZ, where the maximum that will connect you with logistics is invoices for acceptance of cargo on the ramp to the store. Or you'll be picking up all sorts of junk in warehouses. You may also be offered to go to the Semkovo shopping center, but how you will go there is your business. It's not clear what's what. Even if, after reading the information, it did not affect your intentions to study here in any way, then be vigilant. Never, under any circumstances, GO to study FOR A TARGETED ONE. Upon completion of your studies, you will be assigned to a remote village where there is a Belkopsoyuz store (and they are everywhere, you can't hide anywhere) and please, for 3 years from dawn to dusk for the minimum wage in the country (726 rubles net + college deductions), you will receive about 400 rubles. There will be very unlikely to be dormitories there, so make sure to rent a room in a village bedbug with this money or spend 2 hours a day on the road. The place is fabulous, of course. Judge for yourself which logisticians you will get out of there, having got into practice by a lucky chance in an international log. the company, they just laughed at me when I asked for help writing a report on the plan, which does not include logistics, but stupidly trading. Items "Acceptance of goods to the warehouse, etc., etc.". When you come to work here after practicing, you just start learning from 0 what you spent time and money on during your studies. 1 star for adequate and understanding teachers, who are not all exhausted yet. The director is a wonderful man, it even seemed to me that sometimes he was unaware of what was going on behind his doors. There are nice people in the administration, but this is absolutely not what I wanted to get and for which I paid money. In the end, I'll add the advantages: a delicious canteen nearby and new acquaintances, a logistician's crust and the opportunity not to study full-time at the university, but to take a part-time job and work. The hostel is a nightmare for 50 rubles a month ... success in learning, think 10 times, thank you! P.S. A collective review, not only from my experience, but also taking into account the situations of my classmates, which suggests that I am not the only one who is so picky.
