The former excise department was built in 1902. The building is beautiful, but unfortunately it is in disrepair.

It was a Pioneer House in the past... Here the pioneers studied in various circles. Then the building became a technical school. Now there is an underground toilet for merchants who run to relieve themselves here. It is a pity that such an object did not find its owner. An ancient building is collapsing... Apparently our gentlemen officials don't give a damn about the fate of the building. They try to get rid of it, put it up for auction... It is a pity that the building is doomed.
