This is the worst airline I've ever used. In February, I bought a ticket 622479237650 on the airline's website. The flight was canceled. From March to the present, I have been contacting them through all channels: an official request for a refund, calls to the hotline, emails, and telegram chat requests. Everything is useless, there is an answer to every request: wait for a decision within 30 days. And all this goes on for 4 months.

Terrible attitude towards passengers. The Yerevan-Adler flight is 5 hours late, and there are no representatives of the airline anywhere!!! Passengers with small children do not know where to go!!! There is nowhere to put the child to sleep, nowhere to feed him calmly. And these supposedly representatives are nowhere to be found!!!
Everything is on its own and complete indifference

I turned to the bank and tried to dispute the transaction for the ticket, they agreed to help, I need to send them confirmation that the flight was canceled, so far I'm waiting for a response, but this is at least something. Maybe this will help someone
