There is a woman working in this office who is mentally unstable. By the way, it's certainly hard to call an office, it resembles a closet from Harry Potter.
I came there with a question about their incomprehensible rules and mistreatment of their passengers. A woman in a leadership position there, I do not know who she is, but she clearly does not belong there, does not know how to conduct a constructive dialogue, is very tactless and rude. Rude, she says that she has the right to do this, also raised her tone and avoided questions about the company.

This is the worst airline I've ever used. In February, I bought a ticket 622479237650 on the airline's website. The flight was canceled. From March to the present, I have been contacting them through all channels: an official request for a refund, calls to the hotline, emails, and telegram chat requests. Everything is useless, there is an answer to every request: wait for a decision within 30 days. And all this goes on for 4 months.

Terrible attitude towards passengers. The Yerevan-Adler flight is 5 hours late, and there are no representatives of the airline anywhere!!! Passengers with small children do not know where to go!!! There is nowhere to put the child to sleep, nowhere to feed him calmly. And these supposedly representatives are nowhere to be found!!!
