It's a terrible place!!! We were at the restaurant on March 19th, my daughter's birthday was 16 years old. Tk it's a weekday, we decided to go out for dinner. There were 2 of us. First, there was no one at the entrance, they were looking for an administrator who could take them where. Waiter Alexander is a separate story, as he was not happy with us. I just did everything "to hell with it." I have never seen such service anywhere. The tables are covered in crumbs, the forks and knives are dirty. While everyone was having dinner, some people in outerwear were walking around, the cleaning lady brought the keys, then the guard in jeans walked by. In short, the evening is ruined, once our favorite restaurant has become just a diner!

It was my mom's birthday on March 15th. Before that, we called and asked if there were any tables available, to which they replied that yes, there were. In fact, when we arrived, the waiter, ALEXEY, told us that he would not serve us, although there were 3 empty tables. We didn't understand what was going on and called the administrator. The girl was ready to serve us and apologized for the waiter's behavior. We had 2 children with us, they went to play in the children's room, then one child came out and politely asked to turn on the cartoons, to which ALEXEY did not answer and ignored the child for 5 minutes, and then replied, "I'm busy and can't turn on." We said that he could give us the remote control and we would turn it on for the child ourselves, but Alexey replied, "I'm busy." We were extremely annoyed by this behavior, we asked the receptionist to explain why we were treated like this and asked the waiter to apologize. During the conversation between the receptionist and the waiter, we heard Alexey say, "I won't apologize to anyone." We understand that this is not the fault of the administrator, but of the people who work there. We didn't order anything, but just left, because the mood was definitely gone. Thank you very much to the administrator who tried to explain the situation, but unfortunately, we will not return to this institution.

We celebrated a New Year's corporate party, the food is just disgusting, it feels like the dishes were bought in the neighboring dining room a few days ago. The salad is incomprehensible - carrots with a bunch of mayonnaise, pancakes with cartilage, sandwiches on oak bread that is not fresh, stuffed chicken of incomprehensible content, the hot was served cold, a piece of meat like a bast. Half of the team had a digestive disorder the next day.

We celebrated the corporate event on 04/05/2024 with a large organization. For the first time, we decided to hold an event in the form of a buffet. I liked everything: starting with the acceptance of the goods from their side and the end of the evening. We coordinated the passage to the toilet in advance with printed signs. The hall is gorgeous and the service is decent. The head of the restaurant was always in touch. Our presenter and his team closed a lot of questions, because they knew this place. There wasn't enough dancing, because there are residential buildings nearby and you can't make noise after 23.00. They turned it on for us, but quietly. The institution itself worked until 02 at night and we were not kicked out, but worked until the last customer! Thanks to this institution for the excellent feedback from colleagues in the following days!!!
