A wedding evening was celebrated at the Lavon House on December 21, 2024. We rented a house for two days, and on the second day we ordered a sauna. On the first day of the celebration, we ordered a menu with a waiter from Leonid (the owner of the house). As a result, we left on the second day in the evening without even staying for the second paid night.
And now everything is in more detail! I found the ad on the Internet about a month before the event. I made it to the last one, everything was busy everywhere, and Lavon's was free! I was very happy, but in vain! He was free for a reason, YOU NEED TO READ THE REVIEWS CAREFULLY! Of course, I ran through the reviews with my eyes, but I thought that it wasn't about me, knowing my friendliness and positive attitude towards everyone, I thought that everything would be fine!
But that was not the case! I read in the review earlier that the host and the service are RUDE, but that's just a nice way of saying it. He's so oh@@lousy, I've never seen such an attitude anywhere but this manor! And notice, I'm writing a review a few days after the event, if I had written right away, then the emotions would have gone through the roof and there would definitely have been some mats.
If you still have a desperate situation and you have to mark something there, then first of all, carefully read the menu that he writes! Because he says one thing, writes down another, and then to the question "where is the sliced vegetables?", his answer is simple: "I didn't write it down for you, look at the photo of the menu." But that's okay, never mind, we missed this moment ourselves, we need to be more careful, so I just looked at the menu and rested on.
Secondly, specify which of the waiters you will have. If it's "Irochka", then ask immediately for someone else, or get ready to experience for yourself everything that is written not only by me, but also by others in negative reviews. A terrible unhappy face, which for some reason is all wrong, even though no one touched it. They only clarified why the hot portion was served on SHARED plates, without any complaints to the waiter. All evening, she pointed out in an unpleasant tone to whom to move what where. The table was not served on time. "Irochka" is nowhere to be found, serve yourself. A very, very unpleasant woman, whom no one touched all evening, everyone communicated normally, no one wanted to spoil the mood for themselves or the waiter. But this "Irochka" told the owner of the house that Leonid arrived late at night right at the doorstep of the house on the street, without even trying to figure it out first. He started SHOUTING (and I quote): "If you don't like something, then you have 20 minutes and get out of here!" To say that I was shocked is an understatement. It's a good thing my husband didn't hear it.
Unfortunately, I couldn't answer Leonid right away in his own language, because it was late in the evening and we had guests. Where to go? What should I do? It was very UNPLEASANT! I suggested that Leonid go to Irina and directly to the "Irochka" (that's what he calls her) to clarify who offended her and how. We went into the house and asked Irina: "Did someone offend you in some way?" to which she said "No, everything is fine." Apparently, "Irochka" does not have enough attention, it was necessary for Leonid to come))). Leonid said that there had been no complaints about Irina for 20 years, but upon arrival home, I opened the reviews on the Internet and realized that they had already written about her in the last few months (and nothing good).
As a result, 85 * 15 people = 1275 bel rubles for the menu, cooked in the wrong place, brought from the cafe (without alcohol, drinks, fruits, bread, napkins). And without vegetables, as it turned out. I took full payment for the menu on December 17, 4 days before the event. The chefs cook well, everything was edible.
60 rub waiter (it would have been better if that woman had not been there at all, she only spoiled the impressions of an important event in our lives for the rest of her life)
250 rub for the house on the first day
180 rub bath for 3 hours
20 rub brooms
180 rubles for the house on the second day, but as I wrote earlier, we didn't even stay there.
They left a total of 1965 white rubles there.
For some reason, no contracts were signed with us, and of course no one gave us any checks. I threw a photo of the house here in the review, but for some reason Yandex does not skip the photographed menu with Leonid's signature.
The only positive thing is that the house is located near the city, there are many beds, but everything is really as people wrote earlier in the reviews, the house requires repair, cleaning, washing (the same mattress pads could be washed before handing over the house). Another positive thing is that on the second day, the owner of the house CALMLY came and melted the bath, brought brooms for an additional fee, cleaned and provided us with grilles.
Only now did I understand why Leonid behaved calmly on the second day. We fully paid for the accommodation on the second day. If he had behaved at least a little the same way as in the evening, then he simply understood that of course no one would pay for RUDENESS. Or he was just without a "Hole", so, apparently, he behaved normally.
In general, if you want to relax, it's better to find something else, or immediately eliminate all possible unpleasant moments with the owner of the house and his staff.

We visited this estate with colleagues in September 2024.
The estate requires serious repairs. Almost everything you touch fell off, from the kitchen doors to the shower doors. To reach the large gazebo, you need to go around the whole house, and there is no lighting on the territory. The only thing I liked was the staff and the kitchen. All the dishes were very tasty and the staff was friendly.

Talking to the owner is like hitting a wall. The waiter kept telling the guests what to remove /lift so that she could put the dishes. In general, a nightmare. We will not return anymore and we do not advise others.
They require the entire deposit before the party, although this is not done in any decent institution!
The kitchen is partially disgusting and the guests who ate heavily in the morning felt vomiting and indigestion!
I put a star only for the interior, and then partially even the lawn is not mowed!

I regretted that we ordered a banquet there!! I do not recommend it! The service leaves much to be desired... The boorishness is complete . All the guests were shocked. Especially when the hot stuff was brought for everyone in one plate...not for everyone. They cleaned badly, until you say so.
