The building has begun to be reconstructed, it has already been plastered. It is planned to organize a rehabilitation center for disabled children. So most likely, after the reconstruction, a barrier and a watchman will be installed, limiting the free access of tourists. This monument was in it, there is a stage with a cinema inside, it looks like a small building in it. As I understand it, it was not the main building, there is a lake nearby. The views from the windows are simply amazing...

The place itself is unique. But it does not work out to reconstruct it (( By the way, the White House above the lake is not a manor house. If you're there, look into the basement on the right. This is an ice house, that's what the refrigerators used to be called)
