By far the best manor house we've ever been to. A great house with a gorgeous terrace, a great plot, a great sauna with a gorgeous vat, an approach to the lake, there is a boat for going out on the water and fishing! Gorgeous hosts - Tatiana and Yuri! They met us well and told us everything in detail. Tatiana smartly canned the table and prepared sleeping places for all the guests. Yuri explained in detail how to use the sauna and the vat. Thank you so much for the peace of mind! It's worth every ruble!

Good day to everyone. I hasten to share my impressions of living in the wonderful Terrasa estate.
The first thing I want to write about:
The theater starts with a hanger, and the tourism business starts with the Owners.
Tatiana is a mega-positive, responsive, modest, charming hostess of the estate, it was with her that my love for this gorgeous vacation began. A person hears, listens, listens.
It is important.
There are no nuances, everything is clear, Tatiana arrived on the appointed date, signed the contract, made a deposit.
Before checking in, we discussed the menu, called on any questions I was interested in-and there was a response and feedback for every call.
On the day of arrival, we were greeted by the owners, everything was shown, everything was explained, special thanks to Yuri, Tatiana's husband-for the endless beauty of the house, for the landscape, for the masculine side of the house-we were delighted with every detail, from thoughtfulness, from caring for the residents.
A fairy tale house, a glass terrace-space, a lake nearby, lured swans, a sauna, a font, a barbecue, a trampoline for children, a playground, a swimming pool..you can endlessly list all the beauties of this place.
We rested for 5 days, 5 heavenly days, silence, unity with nature, enjoyment on all fronts.
The second point:- you don't need to worry at all about what I'm going to sleep on, where to wash, how to wash, whether there are dishes there, and whether there are enough appliances for all, and whether it's clean.
Tatiana took care of this. Perfect cleanliness, dishes-you can feed a wedding, a dishwasher, a thermopot, a perfectly clean oven with a set of dishes for cooking, a barbecue, an oven, grills, skewers, all accessories-well, that's simple-come and live.
The third point: the children were with us -there were plenty of entertainment and impressions for them there.
If you are looking for the perfect vacation, I sincerely advise you to visit our beloved Tatiana and Yura now. High-quality rest, service is beyond praise!

Stunningly beautiful and cozy house on the shore of the lake next to the forest.
The house has everything that would make you feel at home.
I liked that there are many different dishes. You can cook any dish.
Very nice bedrooms, which were not stuffy.
I would especially like to mention the hospitable hosts. It feels like we've come to visit relatives. We were very warmly welcomed and escorted off.
If you want to relax far from the city, but with all the amenities and in a homely atmosphere, then you are definitely here.
We will definitely come here again)

Great place! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, there is a whole separate room for children to play, a Playground on site. The view is amazing: a protected lake with swans and ducks, even a heron was seen. They caught fish with a fishing rod right near the house, there is no need to go anywhere. Nice and convenient. Oven, barbecue, barbecue in the yard, but under the roof. We had lunch and dinner on the terrace. The kitchen in the house is large. Everything is fine. I liked it very much! One of the best places, of which there are not many. The hosts are hospitable. Worthy! I recommend it!

We rested here in August 2022, we really liked everything. The owners do not bother with trifles, the house is large, clean and cozy. There is a lake and a forest nearby, the area is quiet, you can spend good evenings on the highway. Many thanks to the owners for the rest.

This is the fourth time we have visited this estate with friends. To be honest, for the first time among the places I have visited, I put 5. This is a real Estate, not a simple rental cottage. The history of the estate, the strongest energy and the owners who invested themselves in this place awaken the good that is in people. If you are not only ready to have a delicious meal – and Tatiana klass cooks, relax on the terrace overlooking the lake, spend an evening with a guitar by the fireplace, but also walk and drive around the neighborhood within a radius of 25 km – then you definitely come here! After all, these places and Selyava Lake itself are unique from the point of view of history and archeology. Believe me, such an excursion will excite you. We walked under the impression for several days. Excavations are taking place here, archaeologists and professors from the Belarusian Academy of Sciences are working. Selyava Lake itself and the forests are incredibly beautiful! We took bicycles and rode around the whole neighborhood. It's nice to come back tired and full of impressions to this manor. Cozy, quiet, warm. For all the time, we have never faced the fact that something did not happen or something could not be solved - everything happens 24/7. Maybe someone will need it – on one of our visits in the summer, we booked for a week and combined work with rest, the heat was unbearable outside and we discovered all the delights of the covered terrace. It's cool, comfortable, lots of space, the owners tried to arrange jobs for us, in short, work great, quite tolerable WI-FI, although we took additional equipment for ourselves just in case. A couple of steps from the terrace to the street – the heat, running back – super! To diversify our vacation, Tatiana offered us fishing, organized fishing rods, fished directly from the estate. In general, we are not fishing, but the hostess insisted, and eventually we got so carried away that we even caught fish. In the evening, we fried fish to a crisp and drank beer on the terrace. You can write a lot, but it's better to give yourself pleasure and visit this estate! P.S. I promised to write a review for a long time, but I didn't have enough time, I was ashamed, I wrote. And friends promised to write soon). Thanks again for everything!

A gorgeous house in a gorgeous place! A very cozy and beautiful room. Amazing hosts who are always ready to help, to meet you halfway, and also bake very tasty pancakes. ))) The forest and the lake around are very picturesque. In both winter and summer, you can enjoy privacy with nature.

We enjoyed a family vacation in August 2022. The fact that the house and the place where it is located are beautiful is nothing to say....It needs to be felt. The house has everything for a relaxing holiday. There is everything for children's entertainment on the street. The absence of a beach on the territory replaces the pool. And the view from the terrace to the lake is good in any weather. In general, my wife and I and the children were delighted. Many thanks to the hosts for our wonderful stay.

The house is gorgeous, the location, especially on winter days for 5 plus, a great weekend, thanks to the hostess Tatiana for the warm welcome. We will definitely return in the summer, I imagine how nice it is to sit on the shore of the Lake with a fishing rod!
