A very beautiful church, restored thanks to caring people, P. M. Masherov himself was baptized in this church, the temple was built at the end of the 18th century. The place is very blessed, a "prayer" temple, as they say in the people. The Liturgy is served every Sunday, you can come and pray, baptisms are performed by appointment. One of the most beautiful temples of the Sennensky district. Those who wish can come on an excursion at any time.

The ancient wooden temple is approximately the end of the 19th century. Although during excavations, coins and artifacts from the time of Incl. were found inside. So there was an older church in this place earlier. Peter Masherov and Alexander Horovets, the Hero of the Soviet Union, a pilot who shot down 9 German planes in one battle, were baptized here. They are natives of these places. There were about 25 villages in the parish. A very ancient and picturesque place was called folvark Obol. The Brown brothers, landowners, lived here, and apparently this temple was built through their efforts. There was a watermill on the Obolyanka River nearby. Moreover, the locals dug a drainage channel for it manually. Thus the island appeared. Now there is an agricultural estate "Banka na Obali" in this place. Very calm, intimate atmosphere. Kind hosts. The temple is currently being restored with their participation. Its original appearance will be completely recreated.
