The main disadvantage is that they did NOT say that the flight was canceled. We try to check in, it doesn't work, we call support, we hang on the line and only 10 minutes later they tell us that the flight was canceled. The shock was notable, how can it be. International flight!
We chose food in advance, in fact we were told that we were not provided on board, and what is the point of this. A tiny space between the rows on a 7-hour flight. The only plus: due to the cancellation of the flight, they changed everything themselves without additional charges, overpayments and unnecessary nerves

Cons: it was necessary to change the data in the ticket: it is not possible to get through to the call center by phone, I was answered only 1 time by mail, I did not wait for a second answer. I had to change the data on the phone of the ticket office at the airport, transfer money to an individual and hope that everything would be fine and this was not a hoax. It turned out everything was fine and the data was changed for me. I was surprised there that when the woman became ill on the plane during the flight, the flight attendants did not even have a patch.

Uzbek Airlines were really pleased. Moscow-Tashkent and Tashkent-Moscow flew in June 2022. Brand new clean planes. Punctuality without complaints. The attitude towards hand luggage (in terms of weight) is very loyal.
The food on board is excellent! The set included salted nuts in a bag with national patterns. And on the way back they gave me cherries.
These guys' safe videos are the best I've ever seen. They show not only the safety rules on board the aircraft, but also demonstrate the national flavor of their country.
The monitors on one of the flights did not work, but on the way back without any comments: games, movies, music, flight map - everything works.
