I have been a client of the company since 2014. I have always been satisfied with the quality of services, but in August 2023 a problem arose: Russian channels were turned off for non-payment, although I always pay in advance for the whole year. It turned out that I still had the Setanta sport channels connected, although I specifically came to the office at Amir Temur 109 A (TV tower) on 12/27/2022 and left a request to turn off these channels.
3.08.2023 I came back to the subscription department, and I was very aggressive, because I had suspicions that the company Uz Digital LLC deliberately deceives his clients. In the subscriber department, I turned to the operator Turanov Azamat, who explained to me how to solve this problem and helped me draw up a statement for an internal investigation. At the same time, he behaved very kindly and professionally. Once again, I want to express my gratitude for such an employee who helped restore the lost trust in Uz Digital LLC
